Located in a strip mall, it’s a typical hibachi place, parking is ample and just a short walk. With the black & white tiles, the place looks like a diner, it’s clean, spacious and airy. Staff is mostly Hispanic and they cook the food as you order it. We got chicken wings, chicken and steak & chicken and shrimp for dine-in. Service portions are just right and priced fairly, the dishes tasted great, were cooked well and were seasoned well. Restrooms were clean and service was good and quick.

This Leeds location is okay! The one on 280 taste better and it’s cheaper. Not sure why the one in Leeds is more expensive. Then they charge if you use your card. Also, the lady in the front be expecting a tip for pick up order. I heard her say the other day when someone walked out “no tip.” I didn’t tip either I’m not tipping if I’m just picking up an order now if I sit down and you serve me I will tip. One day I picked up my food she put the tip box in front of my food trying to get me to tip and I still didn’t tip on my pick up order. She needs to stop making people feel like they gotta tip.When you don’t tip she has an attitude. I wish they had this place in Pell City or I might just drive to 280 instead.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Hibachi Steak dinners! The service was fast and friendly – and the taste and quality for the price cannot be outdone! Great food! Quiet and clean restaurant! Delicious teriyaki sauce too!

Food is amazing. They make the food quick n fresh. Everything they have on the menu is amazing. I have a huge family and it doesn’t matter if we bring everyone or just me n the old man we always have a great experience.

The place was not busy and the service and people were very nice, the atmosphere was also nice but had some flaws, but the thing is that the food is too expensive just for a small bowl, they also don’t tell you the flavors on some of the foods, like the noodles, how are you even going to know what is even tastes like? Most of the food was bland and tasted horrible, also the noodles tasted like it had lots of salt in it, so I don’t recommend this place

We love this place! We’ve only been able to stop in twice so far, but both times I was very pleased with the friendly (and patient) customer service, speed of service, and high quality food. I highly recommend one of the combos, they come with big portions of meat, tasty rice and well cooked vegetables. Only downside I could possibly point out is that I personally hate country music (I know, I know, why would I even bother living in Alabama if I have that kind of disability) and that it was playing quite loudly, but considering the region it’s definitely not out of place.

The steak hibachi dinner is absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every element of the meal was spot-on, from the grilled vegetables to the perfectly seasoned rice. It’s rare to find such a well-rounded and delicious hibachi dinner that also comes at such an unbeatable price. The portion sizes are generous enough that you could easily share the meal, though, if you’re like my husband, the food is so tasty you won’t want to!
We’ve tried several dishes on the menu, and everything we’ve had has been fantastic. The teriyaki chicken hibachi is another favorite of ours—sweet, savory, and absolutely mouthwatering. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu at Otoro.

We got food delivered and had one order missing, it was our teriyaki chicken. Called the store that they missed one and wasn’t even on the receipt on the bag but it was on our receipt online. Had a hard time understanding the lady and we were very respectful until she started acting rude, so we asked for a manager and she hung up on us. Called back and did not answer at all.
