This is my favorite Smoothie King location and I don’t even live nearby! I drive to Edwardsville quite often and I usually stop at SK while in town. They do an exceptional job each and every time I come here. The SK near my home, not so much, so I usually go without my smoothies or bowls whenever I’m not near this location. I find them to be very consistent on how they prepare my order, they are kind, and also very professional. I applaud both the management and workers for how this place is run. Thank you!

1st time here at this location! We came around 3 pm on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all. They do have a drive thru. There is also tables inside so you can sit and enjoy.

Me and my sister were really craving smoothie king, and we are from out of town and it was our first time at edwardsville smoothie king. All in all it was incredible, the girls working were so nice and friendly. The store was the cleanest store I have been in and even though they were busy, we didn’t wait long at all for our smoothies.

Ordered a acai smoothie bowl on app and picked up in drive thru. Banana was very rotten. I went inside and explained that the banana was gross and I got attitude from associate. She was throwing around the new bowl she was making as if it was an issue to remake what I thought was less than expectations and standards of smoothie king . I’m in management and if my team member acted this way they would be let go .

Pretty sure these people need to take another food safety course. The girl at the window still had WET gloves on and still took my card and gave it back with God knows what on it. I had to wipe it off. Knowing that other people’s germs are probably in my smoothie makes my stomach churn. There was also nothing but attitude from her. I get it, we all have our days but who am I to know if this was the first time or an ongoing issue. Do better.

Sharing this review in hopes the restaurant realizes their staff constantly turn their online ordering on and off. I understand the volume at times and have no complaints there, but this evening before 6:00 PM I tried to place an order for pickup the tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM. When I went to checkout, it said ordering at that time is not available. Ok, I get that. I tried to bump it back and they are not allowing any orders for tomorrow at any time throughout the entire day. WHY IS THIS??? Why can I not have a simple smoothie order fulfilled when it is placed a day in advance? People who plan ahead in advance seem to be always downgraded for drive-thru orders at most establishments today. This was an order for 5 and not just 1. You are losing a big piece of business with advance orders that are likely larger chunks of revenue. Just thought I would relay in hopes you realize that not only are you losing money out the door, but customers too.

My s.o. would be going to work for overtime today but he has been up all night vomiting and cant even keep water down.
You think somewhere where you spend $20 on two items would take precautions and follow proper food handling protocol. Nope. Now we are not only out $20, but are out whatever overtime he was planning on making today.
Ridiculous. Never returning here!!!
