This location and his entire team is the worse and I dont see how their doors are still open, but All of them need to be shut down! They double dip the old food it seems like when people return it per their request for a refund and the fries you can tell totally every time but it’s everywhere, unless got watching them make it they don’t be fresh food, they don’t follow instructions on the orders, the app requires you to select amount of season even though but select no season and worse off all they cross contaminated food being lazy and trying to save a dollar by placing two different combos of chicken strips in the same container my son is allergic deathly didn’t eat none of the food and when I called to complain the associate lied said she was the manager and then when I got a call the next day from a Hispanic gentleman the owner who didn’t speak English enough and his female associate they wouldn’t refund my money, didn’t care about them not cooking the food fresh ordered at 450 pm and food was ready at 505. They wanted me to dig the food out my garbage and bring it back said that’s policy for a full refund. So someone tell me what are they doing with all this returned food ?? Re cooking it and feeding it to patrons. Just disgusting and all of them in California says this. WTH is the problem?? I’m calling the health department and the better bbb on the entire chain.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wingstop on California St in Stockton. I placed an online order for seven chicken sandwiches for a small gathering during a difficult time after a loss in the family. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given two sandwiches that were ridiculously small—they looked more like chicken tenders on a bun rather than a full-sized chicken sandwich. Completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I tried to call the store to address the issue, I was left on hold for over 35 minutes with nothing but pre-recorded messages—yet no one ever answered. That’s absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I’ve attached photos so you can see for yourself. When you order food, especially for a group, you expect consistency, quality, and at least some level of customer service. This location failed on all fronts. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be prepared for disappointment. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a 10 piece combo 1/2 of Korean bbq and the other half lemon pepper instead I got plain wings for that half and was missing one wing apparently whoever prepped my food can’t read and count. I’ve also submitted the feedback through the customer service about the inconvenience and they got back to me an hour later with no caller id and left me a voicemail saying they decided to close my case because I didn’t answer. What!? How am I supposed to know it was Wingstop I never answer private numbers. Greasy aaah food.

Served me raw chicken. Totally fine to make mistakes, but they then refused to refund my order unless I drove back (already waited 50 min for food), despite sending the photos they asked for of the raw chicken. Said it was policy, but is it policy to serve raw chicken? My appetite was gone after I spit out raw chicken, but the manager refused to make any concession for me. Then the manager tells me “you said that 3 times already” mid conversation. I guess I’m the jerk for not wanting to pay for food that is literally not safe to consume.

They served us oily fries and we ordered a 20 piece bundle and they gave us one tender to replace 5 wings which we did not ask for
We called and the girl at the register was really rude and told us “ok that’s it “ and hung up on us
