Thunderbird Bakery is a total gem in Oshkosh! Everything here tastes like it was made with love and care. The bread is hands-down some of the best I’ve had.
Their pastries are equally amazing (don’t miss the croissants or seasonal specials!), and everything always feels super fresh.
The vibe is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and passionate about what they do. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, grab a coffee, and savor every bite. A must-visit for any bread or pastry lover!

MAKE SURE YOU GO EARLY!!
heard a lot of good things so I figured it is time to try.
Went in early in the morning. Place is very cute! Staff is super bubbly and welcoming. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. We got a variety of items.
hot cocoa monkey bread was very flavorful with a nice outer crisp to it. The homemade marshmallow fluff was spectacular.
Honey nut croissant was very flavorful, perfectly baked with a nice crunch. We also got a load of the country sandwiche bread. I personally wasn’t a fan of it. But I’m very picky on bread.
Overall amazing experience. Definitely check them out!

Always good to have a Ruby roasted cup of coffee. While my cappuccino was not quite as good as it could’ve been, their drip was solid. Bakery was also pleasant and delicious. Would come again!

Lovely Saturday morning my family spent in Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe! My family had been a longtime fan of Thunderbird from 2019 at Oshkosh Famers Market and we were excited to check out their new bakery and cafe. The BEST pastries we have ever tasted, so delicious and crispy, we love them! Brownie is unique, must try it! Excellent place and friendly staff, thank you!

Ah, the elusive sourdough. I tried for weeks to get my first loaf, thanks to the holidays and my inability to remember their hours.
I finally got one, and had tasty sourdough girl dinner for days.
Learned i can order a single loaf to pick up the next day, so it’s not really that elusive. But I daydream about this bread, and the hot chocolate monkey bread. 12/10

In Oshkosh for the airshow and needed some great coffee. Not only did I find that but I found a great bakery! I liked it so much I waited until they opened at 7am to grab food and coffee for my 16 hour drive.

This place is absolutely adorable- they have a little spot for the kids to play and color and a little water station for you to drink from while you wait for food items. I do love their bread- it’s by far the best in Oshkosh. However, It takes a long time to get your food/drink and the actual space itself is really tiny and get busy/ filled super quick.

First time, visiting from Kenosha, and the experience was wonderful from the moment I stepped in. Owner Elizabeth was personable, working with passion and friendly service. The pumpkin pie latte was delicious and the spelt chocolate chip cookie was delightful. Cozy, family owned coffee shop with a nice variety of bakery items homemade. Highly recommend!

We were visiting the area from Chicago and stopped in for some sweet treats before our hike. The cafe was cozy and filled with delicious options. The two of us walked away with 6 different pastries and a loaf of sourdough raisin bread. Every bite was delicious! Will be back for more!

I write reviews, but I don’t usually feels so compelled to write a review after the first time I’ve visited somewhere. In Oshkosh for work and was looking for a good cup of coffee. The breakfast sandwich was easily one of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of breakfast sandwiches!) Will definitely be coming back here when I’m in this neck of the woods.
