Went on Valentine’s Day with a fairly large group. Busy day! Ismael took our orders and made sure everything was good. He has a fun attitude and is super friendly. Our chef Pablo put on a great show and the food was awesome. The place was packed and all the employees were super busy, but despite everything they were all very nice and took great care of us!

If you go to any small restaurant on either of the two busiest days of the year (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), you might not get the white glove treatment you think you deserve.
I highly encourage anyone in the area to visit Nosoo. The food is great and the staff is very friendly and personable. My family and I have been coming here for years and have never had a single complaint.

as other comments have shared, we had a horrible experience. we had a 7:30 reservation and were there till about 9:15. We had zero communication from our server about the status of our food and honestly felt like we were biased against our waiter or the hostess because I wasn’t white. I would highly recommend against this place.

Good atmosphere, mediocre food. If your goal is to be entertained by the hibachi cook, then this place is great. The servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is good. If you are looking for great food, keep looking. We ordered a wide selection—Udon, sushi rolls, fried rice, steak hibachi. The Udon soup was probably straight out of a store bottle, the sushi seemed fresh but uninspired, the fried rice was too salty. Even their signature roll, the Nosoo Roll, looked great but tasted bland. In short, Nosoo has flair but lacks substance.

Terrible customer service and food! After making a reservation for 7pm for Hibachi and being seated at 7pm no hibachi was served at all for a party of 8. We waited patiently until 8:10pm still nothing. We asked to speak to the manager which he did not come directly to our table he took another 15min before getting to us. He did NOT start with an apology. He instead gave multiple excuses as to why a chef was not out yet remind you now it is 8:30pm. At this point my guests and kids were very hungry. So we left because they did not apologize or gave any solution to the problem. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was the worst experience my family and I ever had including my guests. He was very rude and there will be more one star reviews coming your way Nosoo.

This would be the second time celebrating our oldest son’s birthday here (by his request). Although we made a reservation ahead of time and the restaurant was almost empty, we still had to wait almost 45 minutes before our chef came to prepare our food.
However, the waitress was nice, our Hibachi chef was awesome, abd and the food was delicious. So, we give them the benefit of the doubt of the rest being on bad planning.

I don’t know why this place has 4.1 stars. I am a hibachi connoisseur and I can tell you this place is fantastic! It’s the great typical hibachi you crave and it hits the spot. Great steak and great rice. Good pricing too!

We arrived early for dinner, so it was quiet. I had CA roll, Miso soup (Yum!). My friend a salad. The restaurant has a fully equipped Sushi bar and it was GREAT!!!
