I came in last night around 12:20am. It was my first time going to wing stop and I ordered a 3 tender combo with the garlic parm. The fries were honestly amazing I snacked on them on the way home and was like wow if the chickens anything like the fries I’m going to like this… I got home to find 3 tenders that were completely dry and only had a very small amount of parmigiana sprinkled on top of dry generic chicken tenders. Will never go back. I’m a business owner and it was very apparent your staff was very annoyed with the fact you guys are open until 1am and didn’t care to be there and definitely didn’t care to do their jobs right. The cashier wasn’t bad it was just whoever did my chicken. Waste of money waste of time. Attached are pics of the tenders I got.

Once again this location has disappointed me! My lemon pepper boneless wings were drowning in butter! And my corn was old and I had to explain to them that even though it is warm to heat, it’s been setting around and it’s not fresh. All they just re-warm it. Wingstop used to be so good but now the quality has went downhill!

Wingstop is a God send. If you like nice things this location will do right by you.
Orders are consistently accurate when I place them through the app, I’ve never had to wait longer than estimated, and the order is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly enough and the store is always pristine.
I’ve been on a chicken sandwich run with Wingstop and tried the Hot Honey flavor this time…don’t do that, it’s greasy with little to no honey I’d wager. Stick to the staples that make the wings incredible: Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper, or a true sauce of your choosing.

Ordered 50 traditional wings with 3 different flavors. I got hot honey rub which was good. My mom had lemon pepper which she said too salty and she loves salt. All I know is everybody who ate chicken had diarrhea and/or stomach aches. Not sure what that was about but now I’m afraid to go back to this location.

I placed a 75pc meal order earlier in the week to be picked up on 11/2/25 at 1:00pm for my husband’s birthday party. I arrived at about 12:45pm and told the cashier the name on the order. He said they were in the process of preparing it. Who I assume was the manager came out and apologized, saying we are getting to it now, it’ll be a few more minutes. I said it was no rush as I’d arrived a little early. They had everything done by 1:10pm. Both the young cashier and the manager were very nice and seemed thankful that I wasn’t in a rush or being rude to them. Food was nice and hot when I got home. The chicken was a little dry but overall tasty.

I waited over an hour to get my wings after they were supposed to be ready. Nobody behind the counter would engage with any of the dozen people who were waiting for food. I ended up having to go behind the counter to grab the bag with my name on it. Ordered boneless wings and got regular wings. par for the course i guess.

This is my worst experience with a wingstop. I ordered a large ranch when I got home it had completely dumped all over everything because the lid wasn’t put on properly. Then when I was getting my food out to wipe off my fries were missing from my combo. You don’t get what paid for and I thought this was a good place to go before but I found this is to be my worst experience across all wingstops I’ve been to.

I ordered half lemon and half garlic! The garlic was full of oil! My kids couldn’t eat it, I usually order my wings there never had any problems but today was a bad experience

The black bearded guy at the counter is rude. I’m the photo you see feathers hair all on the wings. This is what I saw when I opened my to go container which tells me they saw it too when they put it in there. And in my daughter’s box she only received 9 out the 10 pc I ordered for her and they too had feathers.
Food was good and hot. I don’t blame them for the long wait time, it’s holiday season so no blame there it’s to be expected we have to be patient. Just give us a better experience of service and no feathers.
