I have been in the Crockett area for about 3 yrs now and I, myself have been in the fast food or restaurant industry for about 20 yrs now and I have never seen or experienced so many issues with any other fast-food place then I have with THIS McDonald’s.
1st off – The customer service sucks. There has been a couple time that I have gotten a rude employee over the speaker… There was one person who would sigh very loudly when she would ask me if I wanted to add anything else and I would say yes. There are others who mumble or speak like they just really do not want to be there. They want to get the order out the door and be done with you.
2nd – My order is ALWAYS wrong… I either have something that is missing from it, or it is made incorrectly. I live 15 min away and for some that may not be far, but for someone who has two kids and a cranky grandmother who likes their food one way and if they don’t get it that way, it’s wining, and complaining or food being thrown at you… It has gotten to the point that IF I actually want to deal with the headache and go to McDonald’s I expect something to be wrong. Like today, I ordered some food and was missing two items. I did check before leaving and got the food, but when I got home and my husband tried the new chicken burger, he said he would never get that burger again. The patty was as hard as a Frisby, and he could chunk it a good mile (over exaggerating but you get the idea). He said the condiments were everywhere. The bun and lettuce and Jal chunks and sauce were over on one side, and the patty was halfway pushed off the bun, so nothing was on the patty. He will eat just about anything bc he doesn’t believe in wasting food, but still, he couldn’t enjoy it.
3rd – Anytime I go there in the morning and order a Frappe, the machine is always down or not working. But when i go later that afternoon or evening it is magically up and running. In my opinion they need to stop being lazy.
Overall, this place needs new management and a new set of employees that actually care about what is being given to their customers.

Every time I come to this store, they park us for UP to 1015 minutes, which makes no sense. When I make my orders online, they should be done when I get there. Then, when you go, you ask for no condiments. And they give you no cheese like, this is ridiculous

Mobile ordered before I got to McDonald’s in Crockett. Waited in the line for 20mins before I got to the order speaker. When I got to the window the manager tried to hand me someone else’s order. I told her that wasnt mine and she told me to pull into mobile pickup #4. I pulled into it and waited. A guy came out but brought the wrong thing. So I told him what I ordered and he returned but with the wrong size. Its not his fault because he just carries out the orders. But this manager needs to be fired. She got my order wrong 3 times already and I mobile ordered to beat the line. Ridiculous. But for the guy, you’re doing great. Keep being you.

Tables are always dirty, ordering is aggravating, every time I ask for extra pickles and pay for it. I get literally 2 pickles it’s very annoying.

If you come to this location anytime after dark, you can expect to be sitting in the drive thru for an extremely long time. They will take your order and then tell you to pull to the side and then you wait even longer. It’s ridiculous.

I gave a for star rating for the food only because all I order is the fish sandwich with extra tater sauce which you may or may not get. But always order your fries with no salt. That way you are for sure to get fresh cooked fries, and the salt left on the scoop is plenty without being over . For those of you who like more salt just ask for salt along with your ketchup ( or what ever condiments you want)

This is one of the better McDonald’s that we have stopped at. We have 5 kids and had a very large, and very particular, order…they were efficient and none of our food was incorrect. It was also all fresh and the guy that brought the food to our truck had awesome customer service. I did think they forgot our dipping my sauces but I overlooked them. Highly recommend this location!

Like some other mc Donald’s do this place also cheap out on fries. They also have no Coke Zero here. Apart from that they do offer quick service and the place is clean and not run down. And the soda doesn’t taste too chlorinated.
