Pulled into the drive-thru and the employees were out back smoking. Already a bad sign. I ordered a 3pc chicken strip meal w/onion rings and a kids chicken strips and ff. The adult meal came out with 3 of the TINIEST strips I’ve EVER seen for $12.00 and the onion rings were stuck together in one clump and burnt. The kids chicken strips were stuck together so they were still raw where they were breaded together. Mind you these AREN’T pre frozen, they are hand breaded to order so they knew what they were doing!! I was so pissed, I was no longer hungry, so I put the the 3 strips from the adult meal into a baggie. ALL THREE chicken strips fit into a snack size baggie WITH ROOM TO SPARE. WTH!?? I paid $20 for mostly inedible food and when I called to talk to the person in charge, of course they weren’t in!

The best little place to get a quick bite. Management is great and she’s doing amazing things in the restaurant and its looking better than it was a few months tha ago. Her team is great and all the employees have the best customer service. I will Definitely be back.

It was more expensive than I was expecting. Spent about $3 more per person than other like restaurants, and for a family of 6 that adds up quick. Not to mention, the size of the burgers was actually pretty small. My 8 year old ended up eating 2 whole burgers and was still hungry. The food tasted fine. The staff was very friendly and brought our food to our table so that was nice.

I hauled butt from Idaho Falls to make it before closing.. I safely could have assumed they weren’t going to let us in.. But kiddo wanted Chili dog and root beer float.. Got there to find doors open but they only served ice cream. 6 minutes before closing. Management baddie went above and beyond … but who ever was working this evening is the typical worker in today’s world… Simply sad. Poor customer service! Crushed little man. I come from an era where the doors are open until it’s closing time! Period! Happy customer a little late night.. But integrity and work ethic in tact!

My expectations for fast food connected to gas stations is tempered but I was highly impressed with the A&W despite several of the food items being out of stock. The root beer was as delicious as it could have been and the float was great to match. Please send some restaurants out to Atlanta! I would be a weekly visitor.

I came in twice to A&W in Blackfoot. I had to specialize my order as I have bad food allergies. The lady immediately recognized that I had changed my order and we discussed I had food allergies. They have taken excellent care of me and even provided a substitution when I couldn’t eat the offered coleslaw. Thank you so much!!! You are amazing and I appreciate the care you took for my special diet. Excellent people, excellent service, excellent food.

Joel made my food perfectly and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I asked for extra onions and extra cheese and Joel made it perfect and it was definitely the best I’ve had in a very very very long time. Joel, amazing job on making my food, I personally think you deserve a raise. I’ll definitely be going back for another soon

My daughter and I went in, ordered and sat down. It took a while for food to get to us so I figured, eh, no big deal, it’ll be nice and hot. Nope. It wasn’t. I guess you have to ask for hot food here.

My son and I went to go through the drive through. Closed because apparently they aren’t able to have enough employees to do the drive through..? That is after I saw multiple employees sitting around outside along the curb. So we go inside. I than notice they have 3 or 4 different signs of what they are out of.. chicken, corn dogs, lettuce.. that’s only the ones I saw. Who the hell is running this establishment? This is easily the worst ran restaurant I have ever been too. What a joke, how the owners are still able to stay in business is beyond me. Iv never seen a fastfood place more poorly ran than this one. This place won’t last another year. It’s a joke
