They have the best Cajun chicken in the town.
Rice over beans is my favorite here.
Fries and delicious honey biscuits.
Highly recommend this place.

I love coming to the shop for the best fried chicken in Ithaca. This timeless classic keeps me coming back as often as I’m in the area. The staff is friendly and will treat you with patience as you marvel at the food. It’s fun to watch chicken hot out of the frier being placed on the little window rack, glistening and steaming. The mac and cheese is some of the best around. There are no illusions here. You see and smell exactly what you’re getting, which is delicious fried chicken and those sweet honey glazed biscuits. Don’t take my word for it, go check them out!

Wouldn’t recommend their mashed potatoes and gravy to anyone unless you’re looking for mashed potato soup. Lol. I called the store and informed him of what I received and the man that answered told me that that’s how they make them now and that they don’t make them thick anymore. They should honestly stop making it all together or just rename it as soup. Lol. I’m going to put a video up of it as well. I’m appalled.

It’s in a gas station but it’s some of the best bone in fried chicken I’ve had. I ate at around 3:30PM, but the chicken was still incredibly hot, crispy, and juicy. Beans and rice had hard stale rice, and the biscuit was too crumbly for my taste, but the chicken was just so good.

Ordered two pieces of boned chicken (one thigh n one breast) at around 6bucks. it’s so juicy and tasty that it beats popeyes n kfc or other chains. It’s must eat, n so affordable. It hides inside a convenient store. No place to sit. Yet the food is beyond.

Yes it’s in the back of a gas station, yes you have to walk by pipes, bowls, kratom, incense, and every other headshop item to get to the chicken, but don’t let any of that fool you or put you off, this might be the best fried chicken in Ithaca, hand battered, extremely moist, very crispy, just fantastic. I even came at a sort of “off” time after lunch and it was being freshly made. Friendly people, hygienic food prep, will be back soon

This was worth my 2 day drive from Wisconsin. Best chicken I’ve ever had. I’ll be back to try the biscuits as someone bought all of them just before I arrived. Don’t be a stupid cluck, cross that road and get to the other side. What awaits is a Krispy Krunchy oasis of Cajun spiced chicken .

You can go to any business and they’ll tell you they have the best of whatever it is that they make, but when it comes to this restaurant, it’s nothing but the truth. Not only will the staff explain how amazing the chicken is in comparison to its predecessors, but so will the customers. They quite literally have the best chicken in the entire city of Ithaca. It’s not a joke and everyone who is legitimately local knows this to be a fact.
Not only do you get the best chicken around here, but you get it with immaculate customer service. The staff is so devoted to their jobs and very personable. The lady that works the kitchen knows her way around that kitchen better than any other and she will always make sure you’re taken care of.
Anyone would be crazy not to give this chicken a shot. Step aside KFC…

Whenever someone mentions wanting good fried chicken that doesn’t cost a fortune; this is the place. But I have to warn them visually. This is inside a gas station. But undoubtedly the best gas station food I’ve ever had.
Fresh chicken fried all day. You can call ahead too for larger orders, but they almost always have several ready to go. The chicken fingers are also fresh made in house and the best I’ve ever had (not, I have gotten a small bone at times in my chicken fingers) The breading is amazing for both the fingers the traditional bone-in fried. Also to note, a definite spice to the chicken. Nothing that will knock you down, but I always need a good sized drink. Thankfully, the chicken stand in already in a bodega.
