Call a day ahead to make reservation because this is the way it works here. You can’t just show up. So many friends raving about this place and the wood fired oven pizza, we tried to get reservations several times and finally got in tonight. All these 5 star reviews were not exaggerating. The pizza is incredible! Homemade Sourdough pizza dough is phenomenal. All fresh ingredients and spices prepared with expertise by Cal, with Mike helping out with all the fresh vegetable prep, serving beer, wine, etc. They work well together and are very friendly & welcoming. Definitely a great experience, fantastic pizza, very fresh salad, cozy atmosphere and friendly guys!

This pizza was outstanding – not your typical Maine pizza spot. Different, interesting combinations, and amazing crust. Also, there is unbelievable homemade sauce. This is a can’t miss spot in Bridgeton. The table wine is a great value, too! I will definitely be back.

Got the opportunity to dine here with a group of friends and it was amazing. We sat down, gave Cal an idea of the type of pizza we like, and he just started firing them out. Each one was unique, but equally delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Super tasty with relaxed environment. I will definitely be telling everyone I know, and the internet, about it!

What a great find!! I was up in the Bridgton, Maine area looking for some good pizza and stumbled upon Nora Belle’s! Two great guys opened up this little “foody type” pizza place , wood-fired oven , all fresh ingredients , it gets even crazier and better! There is no menu and in fact, it’s so cozy you think you are walking into someone’s personal living room to eat …well..you are !!! The dough is awesome, sauce is nice and fresh , cheese is great! They will tell you what they are cooking today or you can order what you want, it’s all good! Even have a decent selection of some craft beers but could get a little bigger ! They are so nice that when I was there, a very nice woman came in for a pizza the first time and they gave it to her for free , so nice ! I can’t wait to go back with my son!

Was recommended as the best pizza in town by a local so had to go check it out. First meal in Bridgton was out of this world! Margherita pizza was so scrumptious, and Team Nora Belle’s were so fun and welcoming! Do not miss this gem!

Cal makes the best pizza around. The menu does change weekly and it’s best to make a reservation as they sell out quick.

This is THE hidden gem of the north east. If you’re traveling anywhere in the area, worth the trip cause these guys make you feel like family. Such a personal eating experience and the food creativity is top notch. Can’t believe we found this place

I do have mixed feelings about Nora Belle. Let’s start with the positives. First, let me say that the owner is great, friendly and provides a unique and friendly/fun mood to the entire place! You can see he works hard every single day to make this happen. The pizza dough is AMAZING, the dough is truly unique and is extremely well made. Some of the toppings were also perfect and fresh!
Now, my issues, I get that this is a unique place but we waited about an hour and a half for the food to come which is just too long. To be clear, I’m not expecting my food to come in 15 minutes (Afterall it’s a single person cooking and good food takes time). I would be completely okay with 45 minutes to an hour for a great pizza but an hour and a half is just too long.
My other issue and this might be due to the fact that we came on the later side of the night, it seems that most toppings had ran out and we didn’t get any choices (which led to my partner disliking both pizzas, one because she didn’t like an ingredient and the other one, just lacked ingredients/seasonings). I get the concept of the owner putting a pizza together by himself depending on customer’s preferences (and I like the concept!) but it seems that he just didn’t have many ingredients left unfortunately.
