Discovered this Chengdu skewers hot pot spot. Having been to Chengdu, this place is a real deal.

Both the numb-and-spicy broth and the peppery pork stomach soup base are truly authentic. The server told me they made the soup base daily. We had quite a few spoonful of the peppery soup before we started cooking the food and it was really tasty.

The duck blood curd was silky and a rare find in Orlando. The beef skewers were full of flavor, and I loved the frozen tofu soaking up the spicy broth.

We also ordered the crispy fried pork bites. They were crunchy and went well with the chili flake powder.

The side dishes were equally good. Can’t stop eating the crunchy peanuts and the chips.

The sauce station offered a variety of condiments. Adequate for the hot pot skewers.

Will definitely go back again.

Best skewer hot pot, no doubt. Probably the only authentic spicy hot pot in Orlando. There are plenty of non-spicy broths if you can’t handle spicy.
Must try the brown sugar jelly with sesame, fruit, and hawthorn in it. So good!

Absolutely authentic Chengdu flavor right here in Orlando! Every dish tastes just like home — bold, spicy, and full of depth. The service was attentive and friendly, and the environment is clean and cozy. Lots of options for sauces and side dishes too — you’ll definitely leave full and satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Sichuan street-style food!

Wanted to try and a new hot pot place that was not a buffet, so I found this place on Colonial.
Customer Service- The service was excellent. I went in at noon and was the first customer. The server greeted me immediately, explained everything in really great detail, and made great recommendations.

Food- I ordered 2 broths the spicy beef butter and pork bone. Both were delicious. The spicy one was exceptional ! There are skewers of meat and limited vegetables you can pick from. A lot of the meats do have more than 1 skewer attached, so be aware of the pricing. The skewers can add up.
The best items I had here were the beef items. Everything else was nothing special.

Quality/Value- Each skewer was .35 , small plates-3.99, and sauce bar 2.99. I think this restaurant really needs to reevaluate its pricing.
I had to laugh at literally being charged .35 for one piece of seaweed or cauliflower…
The small plates had a few limited items, but nothing was worth the $4
The meats often had 2-3 skewers so you were paying .70 for 1 piece of thin meat.
If you’re into seafood, this is not the place to go. The 1 shrimp on a skewer were pretty sad.
Just the variety in general was disappointing for vegetables and proteins.
The broth was about $14. My total came to about $35, and what I really liked was that because it’s not a buffet, I was able to take my leftovers home, including the broth. This was really the highlight of my visit.
I think this place is very nice inside and has potential. I just dont see it doing well against the other hot pot places in town.
My suggestion would be to do more small plates at varying prices. For example, a bowl of Napa cabbage was 3.99 . I would have preferred a smaller portion at 1.99.
Also, why is there a charge for an unlimited app/sauce bar?! Besides the sauces. The “appetizers” were shrimp chips, radish, and seaweed salad. Also a few fruits. There is no reason this should be an additional charge.

While the server was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful and clean. At the current prices, I just dont see the value for the quality. Only 1 other customer came in during my entire visit. When you are paying the same or more than the several buffet style places in the area, I definitely would opt to go to one of those and have way more variety and quality for the money.

My friend and I went there for a late night dinner. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. As someone from Sichuan, I think the food tasted really good. Our waiter & waitress were very friendly. The price is ok. I’m giving four stars for food because the food quality varies. Almost everything is fresh and good, I like the many options of beef they had. the “千层肚” is not of very good quality though, and the rice cake is not very good. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Orlando.

I went here on a blind whim with my girl because I wanted to try new places I’ve never been before. This place popped up on those Instagram Orlando foodie recommendations. I am very new to Asian food so naturally, I was nervous to try such a place. However the staff was patient and welcoming, the food was amazing, and coming from someone like me who is still learning to try new things, that says a lot. If u love stuff like chicken, beef, noodles, etc, u will love this place. And try the steamed buns. They r sooooo good. Highly recommended for sure. 20/10.

Fun ambience, unique way to eat, plenty of food, soup base and sauce selections. The chicken broth is so delicious that I always pack the leftover broth to go. Finally a good hotpot restaurant in Orlando!

Went here for lunch and to check it out as it is a new restaurant. First impression is that it is very cool. The food is kind of hotpot style and the food flavors are rich and spicy. I will say take the staffs advice on the food I like a good spicy level on my food so my first thought was spicy hot. They recommend possibly medium spicy. And I have to say they lead me to the right choice. Huge than you to Le Le and Stephanie they were fantastic. They were very patient and answered all our questions.
As for the food the pricing is very good and based on an interesting system of where you have access to pre-made skewers that are to be placed in the hot pot to cook. At the end they count the total skewers and total the bill. They also have a self serve area for sides and sauces.
They really have a great decor and you feel comfortable, but also transported to a trendy Chinese restaurant. Just go they’re and you will know what I mean, it absolutely worth a try.
