My family tried Honey Boys BBQ for the first time today and it will definitely not be our last. This place is the real deal. Amazing food, good portion sizes, and the best customer service. The wings were definitely a favorite and the cake they had for dessert today was so good! The food alone would keep me coming back but the sweet owners are the icing on the cake! Go get some!!!!

The food was unbelievable, some of the best I’ve had anywhere and the service was even better! We were offered complimentary soda while we waited and samples of a few of their menu and off menu items. The portions for the price were fantastic as well. I’ll be back!

Couldn’t wait til I got home. Fries are fresh and good too. Not those old ones like other places sit their rib tips on top of. The meat is delicious. I love how they cut it too. Not those little nuggets but bigger meaty pieces. Sauce was great and different. Their own flavor. Not overly sweet. I like that. This is the spot. And they’re attached to a cash only bar next door, same entryway. I used my debit card at Honey Boys. Park on the street or in back. You could almost miss it. GPS needs to be updated as it takes you to the back door. Their food is everything I wanted it to be. And I drove over here thinking I might get disappointed. Not here!

My wife and I were out in the Rockford area and started looking for a place to eat, we decided to stop here based on the outstanding reviews. The reviews were spot on, the food was fantastic! We split the 2 meats/2 sides meal. We picked rib tips and the fried pork chop for the meats and the sweet potatoes and mac & cheese for the sides. The rib tips were amazing! The fries pork chop was probably the best we have ever had, that sweet potatoes were incredible and the mac & cheese was great. The service and friendly staff were wonderful, we will definitely make the trip out here again!

This is my 2nd visit to Honey boys. Excellent food all around. The pulled pork and fried pork chop meals were both outstanding—flavorful and cooked perfectly. The banana pudding was good, a nice sweet finish to the meal & my favorite part, the pickles, were top tier! Not to mention the warm customer service from both, Husband & Wife. I will be back again.
