ordered online and pickup in store. I don’t understand how people could get orders wrong. Either they can’t read or they’re not paying attention. Either way, their employees need training. Training to learn how to follow instructions.
I used to order from the subway off Noble but they’re always getting my orders wrong. Decided to order from this location and they’re also getting my orders wrong(not just one time but few times). I’m not getting the ingredients I request for and I’m getting ingredients that I DID NOT request for. I don’t understand this smh! I got the meat that is supposed to be 33%more and this is how it looks like. They probably got the meat wrong too. I’ve ordered the 33% more meat before and it’s way more than this! Wasn’t like they were busy either. Got there and there was only one customer there. Worker was on the phone. How disappointing!

Very poor customer care. The guy who worked on Sunday 11/14 at 3pm. Disrespects customers using body language and his communication is so bad. He comes across as he is knowledgeable and yet he cant even understand instructions. He keeps looking to the next customer and doesn’t make an effort to serve well the one at the front. So disgusting to go their again.

Waited 10 minutes past my order because you guys are understaffed. That part is mostly the government’s fault. But waiting patiently I didn’t want my sandwich toasted the entire time because it always makes the ends too hard to eat so I asked for half the time that didn’t work I asked for extra onions that didn’t work and you can see there’s not much meat either from the picture also asked for less peppers not zero. I get it you guys are busy and that’s why I was fine waiting 10 extra minutes but to get half of what I want with extra wait time seems like a lose lose

Haven’t been to a subway in a long while. Needed something fast for work. Work is 2 mins away. By the time I got to work the bread was hard and no it wasn’t a toasted sub. Eat Fresh They say! When is that for next time? There won’t be one!

The gal who made sandwiches for our group today was one of the most positive, sweet, hard-working people I’ve ever met. MAMA, we love you and the care with which you treated us. Oh, and did we mention that she was the ONLY one there? She was so efficient and loving, even though she could/should have been annoyed, hassled, slow, etc. thank you, sweetie. Your love for your job and customers was a LESSON for the group of high school students who came through your shop today. Bless.

Short-staffed, with just one employee there to handle both sandwich-making and checking out, and he has to wash his hands each time when moving between those activities. (The hand washing is a good thing, not a bad thing.) Don’t expect fast service if it is busy. It wasn’t very busy when we visited, but he still seemed stressed. He got about 80% of our order correct, but I didn’t want to have him throw out a sandwich and start over.

Tried to get a sandwich at 8:15pm. Store closes at 9pm, which is what their online and front of the store. The door was still unlocked and lights were all on. Couldn’t take me than 2 steps into the store when a girl closing on 8/ 11 yelled out that she was helping her last customer, because she had a lot of dishes to do in the back and was not trying to stay there until 10pm. Whilst having 3 of her friends sit around the dining area. Horrible experience!! So typical of the area.
