This is absolutely a joke. The lettuce was more like iceberg and not romaine at all. $14 for this bowl? Prices are insane for the quality. If you’re going to charge that get better quality lettuce and meat. I used to love it here but it’s gone way down hill

First time visiting! They have delicious salads, wraps, bowls, etc…! I highly recommend their Mexican Chipotle Chicken Salad! OMG soooo good! Very flavorful! We will definitely visit again!

Honestly, this salad was a complete joke for the price they’re charging. I could’ve gone to Chipotle or Brassica and gotten way better food for much less money — with way more options, better flavor, and seasoned meat. Here, the chicken tasted like it was just boiled in water, completely bland. The dressings were another disappointment — not a single creative or house-made option, just boring and basic. Overall, I regret spending my money here. Save yourself the trouble and head to any other place instead — who knows how to serve a good bowl.

Stopped here for a dinner meal as it was close by my hotel room. I wasn’t looking for fast food or a fancy location. This fit my desire. There were plenty of menu choices. The meal is prepared while you wait. You can observe the entire process. I orders the harvest salad and tortilla soup. The soup was lack luster. Basically salty chicken broth with a small packet of tortilla strips. (Not recommended) they can do better than this. The salad was nicely prepared and fresh. They get good points here.

Braxton has taken care of me twice. His patience and customer service was outstanding. I love everything about this place. The sesame ginger and cilantro lime dressing are amazing. I even got my husband hooked now. Thank you guys for being consistent!

It was my first time here. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop. Just the salad bowl. The Romaine lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The rotisserie chicken was soft and juicy. Overall, it was a good decent bowl. The bowl was kind of sweet with the standard sauces that came with it. Adding hot sauce made it right. Good place.

This was a wonderful restaurant/ salad bar. I wish we had one in the city I live in. The food was healthy and delicious. There were a lot of options, and I enjoyed making myself a quinoa bowl with tofu and other fixings. I 100% recommend. This is a lovely space with very friendly staff and great energy.

Super noisy inside & busy during lunch. There was only one table open at 12:30pm. They rush you down the line. I got a $55 to go order. The people making our lunch were great. However the girl at the end shoved all 5 boxes into one small bag! The sandwich contents all fell out since she put the sandwich boxes in on their sides! When I asked her for another bag- she handed me an empty bag & was super rude! She didn’t even say sorry for tipping all the contents! Poor service! My salad from Bob Evans tasted better than this! I won’t be back.

If you are looking for healthy fast food in the Polaris area, Chop 5 is the place to go. I been coming here for several years for their salads and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.
