We went in today to get menudo, we called 15 minutes prior to see if they still had some available they said yes. When we arrived to buy it we still waited over 30 minutes just for them to give it to me in dish that I took in. The people in line behind me were told they were sold out but I didn’t assume anything until I got home I was about to serve myself and my family and we got pure caldo and about 20 pieces of menudo meat in total, we go almost every Sunday and this has never happened, it seems like they had just ran out and didn’t want to tell me which I would’ve been completely ok with instead of being lied to and getting pure caldo and a few pieces of meat, I called to let them know of this and the woman who answered told my dad to just take it back so they can measure it and prove to him that, that is the way they always serve it and maybe they will give him his money back if they are wrong, very unsatisfied with the service and the food today. I would’ve gone back but going back and forth is not worth it especially with the rude woman that my dad spoke with on the phone.

A lil bit overpriced if ur looking for a quick bite. But plates are a good size and taste damn good. After a big torta and the house specialty “chavocho fries ” I was too stuffed to try the chavoconcha. Guess I’ll have to go back!!

This is a small restaurants in Oxnard, California. Where you can get home cooked meals and fresh mede tortillas I had the asada plate and my husband had the chile relleno combo Everything was really good. We are not from this erea. We were traveling to see a family member would love to go back again. If given the opportunity, the food wasa 10/10

Excellent meals, reasonably priced. But make sure you ask for “plain” (low spices). If you don’t want a soda make sure of that as well when you order. (They do not offer diet soda.) I need to make sure they know I want a plain burger with cheese for instance… No fries btw.

I love this spot and the food . Last time a drink fell off my hands and i felt embarassed af, the staff cheered me up and replaced my drink for free. This spot is cool but I for sure didn’t appreciate that one time I payed for a quesadilla combo and mfs gave me a quesadilla with yellow cheese (looked like craft cheese, they must of ran out)” and I didn’t get no sides . My girlfriend and I came here a few days ago for a another return trip, after my first time here in May 2016. Great little place that has filling, tasty, and reasonably priced food and beverages. The juice they have is fresh and made with a juicer they have. The Beef, and chicken tacos are excellent.

I stopped by for a few tacos and ended up ordering a combination plate. The Bistek Ranchero was well served and very tasty. The handmade corn tortillas every weekend made this a very happy visit. I will definitely be back for more.

This is neighborhood I grew up in. Was in town for the holidays so thought I’d give this place a try. Not disappointed! I ordered the torta cubana. Para chuparse los dedos. The bolio had a nice light crispiness on the outside. I am very particular about my meat. By my standards the meat was excellent quality and flavor. Veggies were nice combination that perfectly topped everything. My wife had the birria de res platillo which was also excellent

Amazing tacos AL pastor. I was in town from San diego, so I am spoiled with good tacos. This little hidden gem is close to base so it worked good for me. The tacos and Sopes were amazing! Both red and green salsas were also delicious. I will definitely be coming back soon.
