WORST ATTITUDE EVER!!!! Unfortunately, I had no choice, but to hit one star, trust me they’re not even worth that much!!!!! Needless to say, I just threw all their menus in the garbage. We have not ordered from this establishment in a while and now I think I can clearly understand why, The second she answered the phone it was straight up attitude, I placed a semi large order to be delivered to my home, and I had asked what the total was because I was paying cash. Her phone started to ring in the background and she hung up on me, So naturally, I would call back Because I need a total, I’m not giving you money blindsided here again she answered the phone with an attitude. I asked her how much the order was for that delivery address with an attitude. She told me $62.50. I repeated the amount back to her and with a nastier attitude she told me the numbers again so I told her to cancel my order and have yourself a good night.!!!! Never again will I ever order from this place for $62 and keeping her employed she should have had a better attitude When taking orders…. I shouldn’t have to put up with something like that and I have a very high tolerance for people like her!!!

The food is very good; however, the delivery aspect leaves a lot to be desired. When my delivery was 20 minutes late, I called to ask for a time. The person kept asking me if it was for pick up. “NO, DELIVERY, AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE 20 MINUTES AGO!” Now it’s been 40 minutes past the delivery time, and I’m still waiting.

New Szechuan Kitchen is a decent Chinese restaurant, though the food is a bit on the greasy side for my liking. The flavors are generally good, but I found the dishes to be a bit overly oily.
That said, I do prefer the Bound Brook location 1,000 times more than this one. The flavor and consistency at the Bound Brook spot is much better in my experience.
Overall, New Szechuan Kitchen is an average Chinese restaurant. The food is okay, but nothing particularly remarkable. If you’re in the mood for some classic Chinese fare, it might be worth a try, but I’d recommend the Bound Brook location over this one if you have the option.

Best Chinese Food in town. My kids love their chicken and rice noodles. Best boneless spare ribs all around. The chicken wings are really good as they have flavor to them and not just fried. We have ordered from this place many times and it’s my go to place. I thank you for the freshness and speedy service of my food when I order. Keep up the good work!

Ordered food online, driver forgot something. I waited 45 minutes and called and the driver had the nerve to tell the owner I didn’t pay him correctly. Food cold and missing items and then to have been lied to that I didn’t pay him correctly. If I didn’t pay him correctly I would have assumed I’d be contacted. The customer service is horrible, I recommend buying somewhere else, their is plenty of Chinese restaurants around.
