Dig Inn truly delivers a 5-star experience for fresh, high-quality food. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients—everything feels thoughtfully sourced and freshly prepared, especially the vegetables, which are vibrant, flavorful, and never overcooked.
The chicken breast deserves special praise. It’s incredibly juicy and tender (which is rare for chicken breast), well-seasoned, and tastes genuinely fresh rather than processed. You can tell care goes into both the sourcing and the cooking.
Portions are satisfying, food is consistently hot and fresh, and the One Loudoun location is clean, modern, and efficiently run. This is one of the best fast-casual spots if you care about real ingredients, clean flavors, and great protein quality. Highly recommended.

Tasty American comfort food. They are using the fast casual model from Chipotle or Cava with a totally different cuisine that you don’t see often enough.
Seasonal options and a great balanced meal without being too “healthy” just really food cooked well.

I stopped by this place by chance after grocery shopping — and it left a strong impression on me. First, seeing the chef’s name on the window gave me a sense of trust. The whole place gave off a healthy, eco-friendly vibe, and I could tell it was an honest restaurant. The staff were very kind, and the steady flow of dine-in and to-go customers showed just how good this place really is. With all the fresh lemons and limes around, it felt like the food’s flavor came from real ingredients — not factory-made sauces. I definitely want to keep coming back!

Wow! Popped in for lunch for the first time yesterday, and had the most incredible first impression thanks to warmth and loveliness of Emmanuel who greeted us like we were coming into his home. The food felt fresh, homemade, healthy, and delicious! Will definitely bring back the whole family for more of this seasonal comfort food. Special shout out also to Vondae who was sweet as can be.

I tried Dig Inn for the first time and ordered a build-your-own bowl with tofu. The server was extremely nice and patiently answered all my questions since I was new to the menu. The hot honey sauce is absolutely amazing, and I really appreciate how vegan-friendly their options are. Great service, tasty food, and a welcoming experience—I’ll definitely be back!

The food was okay, and I appreciated the healthy selections and adjustable sauces. However, all the broccoli and vegetables (I didn’t order) look over-roasted, and I even found a hair in my meal. Since when did basic hygiene and care for food stop mattering?

Absolutely love the food here – it is to die for! It is CLEAN, healthy, and FRESH! So much protein too! Perfect for gym freaks like me. All the food is prepared and cooked openly and it instills trust in their brand and what you’re being served. Try their Mac and Cheese – one of the better ones I’ve had. With the hot honey sauce and chicken. Staff is always friendly and I love the dine in and seat yourself concept, with the cosy seating. Staff are friendly too. Please don’t ever change anything! This is my new favorite spot

I absolutely love DIG! The food is incredibly delicious, and you can really taste the quality and care in every bite—everything is made in-house, and the chefs are clearly talented. I’m especially impressed by the variety of vegan options, especially the flavorful sauces. Each side dish is packed with unique, standout flavors, making every meal feel special. It’s amazing to have such a quick and convenient way to enjoy truly nutritious food. I’m from Canada and can only hope DIG opens locations there one day— but it’s my go-to spot whenever I visit!
On top of that everyone is super friendly! I dig it!

Overall, my husband I enjoyed our meals. First time here for both of us. I would try again, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.
One item, Tomatoes and Cucumbers need to have the ingredients listed. It had an overwhelming amount of cilantro and pickled onions. I am personally not a fan of either. Had I known this was mixed in with the tomatoes and cucumbers, I never would have ordered.
The Mac ‘n’ Cheese was very good!
The salmon was overcooked and dried out. Unfortunate, but that can happen when cooked too long and placed under a heat lamp.
I mean this very respectfully, but other than being welcomed by a team member, nothing inside the building screamed “Welcome.”
I also would suggest getting rid of silverware that needs washed. It’s too out in the open for me, with potential contamination by many hands touching and putting them back (I watched it happen) same goes with Togo cutlery. Get pre-packaged cutlery!

Got to check out Dig on Brimfield Drive, and I have to say–it did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into their ingredients and flavors.
I tried the beef and potatoes, and it was so well-seasoned and hearty–definitely something I’d order again. The ginger lemonade mocktail? Bomb! So refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. What I really love about this place is how their food feels both wholesome and satisfying without being too heavy.
One of the highlights of my visit was getting to make my own focaccia–such a fun, hands-on experience, and taking it home made it even better! I think they don’t actually offer for you to make it but they have their focaccia that already made for you. We went to a special event that allows us to do that.
And let’s not forget dessert–it was somewhere between a brownie and fudge chocolate, super rich and the perfect sweet ending.
Overall, Dig is a solid spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to-go. The flavors, the atmosphere, and the quality ingredients make it a place worth coming back to. Can’t wait for my next visit!
