On 2/23/26 at 6am I picked up kolaches and doughnuts. When I got home 2 miles away all the doughnuts were cold and the kolaches were cold and the bread was smashed flat not like a fresh kolache would be like.

Stopped here and they had a wait but surprisingly they got the line down in no time. Always have perfect kolaches. Was in and out in less than 5 mins. Lady in the window was fast and efficient.

If I could give it zero starts. The service here was the most terrible I have ever experienced at any shipleys location. Came for a birthday donut & the guy was so rude. Said he wasn’t the owner & therefore he couldn’t give me a free donut on my birthday I explain to him I always gotten one in different locations. He ask me to pull out of the driveway & that they never done such thing from I was able to understand (he could hardly speak English ) ended up going to La Marque location & had no issues there.

I am a simple man. I like hot fresh glazed donuts. I was shocked to see I hadn’t reviewed Shipley Do-Nuts yet. This place is a delight and now I will have to pick up some donuts tomorrow on my way to work. In all likeliness I will eat them all in the parking lot before I go inside and clock in.

The donuts were ice cold and kinda stale. This was at 430 in the morning. Not to sure if I got “fresh” donuts. When asked to warm them up she said they are warm and closed the door after waving. Linda’s donuts are right down the road on 646 and have fresh donuts.

Worst customer service. The older man at the window has poor customer service. I ordered kolaches, donuts and coffee. When I asked if he had put cream and sugar in a bag he went on a rant . Closed the window on me and told me that they are inside . Never have I experienced this at a donut shop . I’ll just stick to my regular donut shop.
