Excellent food, great service. We got the Spicy Garlic Ramen and the Chili Chicken Rice Bowl. Both have tons of flavor and portion sizes are just right. The ramen was put together when I came to pick it up so it would be just right.

Bringing home hot ramen after snowboarding all day is one of my great joys in life. This is stuff is good!! High quality ramen with flavorful broth, and somehow they get the soft boiled egg perfect every time, even from a food truck.
PRO-TIP: A full bowl is more than enough for a meal, but I always take home a steamed bun or two for lunch the next day. It holds up well and you won’t regret it!!
I wish there was a warm spot like a heated tent to sit and eat after the sun goes down, but the picnic table is nice when it’s outside weather. Visit the River Valley Market to shop for maple syrup and cider donuts while you wait for your food. ✨

One of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had, if not the best! Certainly the best pork bun! Delicious rice bowl. The food here is phenomenal and the cooks are as friendly as they are skilled. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re traveling through Wilmington or Dover, or anywhere! Spicy Garlic Ramen, NMK Pork Bun, and the chicken rice bowl.

Amazing food and an incredible team! We worked with Nomad Chefs for our wedding catering and they were fantastic to work with — professional, friendly, and so easy to coordinate with. This little food truck, the NMK .. Nomad Kitchen, with an Asian food menu is a great find outside Wilmington VT. Food ingredients were fresh and well prepared. There was a constant stream of locals stopping by for lunch. ..and service was fairly quick given how busy they were. There is an awning over half the outdoor tables, so you are sheltered from the sun or rain. NMK will have you coming back and becoming a regular.

Loads of ingredients/toppings in the ramen which is AMAZING. They also NAILED that pork. So. Tender. They honestly did it better than some ramen shops I’ve been to.
The one flaw was the broth. It didn’t pack enough flavor. The spicy garlic ramen’s broth felt and tasted like straight oil, lacking any other flavors.
Also, they left the soup and ramen in the same container which, if you are driving it to another location to eat instead of eating in your car at the parking lot, will leave the noodles soggy (because it’s been sitting in liquid). I totally get it if that’s what usually happens (eating in the car) but I wanted to eat back at the inn I was staying at and the >10 min drive slightly ruined the noodles

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat while visiting Dover! The steamed buns were delicious and some of the best we’ve ever had! The perfect warm meal for a cool fall night!

2022.12 we ordered 2 ramen and one rice bowl. The broccoli in rice taste a little weird. Ramen soup is not separated. Forget the price part.
