I have to start by saying Domino’s is the only pizza I find worth eating in Weatherford Oklahoma. Every other pizza joint just doesn’t seem up to par and the customer service is horrible.
I had a discrepancy about an order and it disappointed me to where I decided I was not going to order Domino’s anymore. However, when the manager Monica got a hold of the situation, she absolutely fixed everything and an unbelievable fashion. I hope dominoes values this individual because I truly would not have returned if it was not for her.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered pizza with chicken on it. The first time we was told the app messed up. This time the manager got on phone and said we didn’t order chicken and was very rude. I said I double check the app before I called and was wondering if we could just get a discount on the next time we ordered. He said you didn’t get charge for chicken and we don’t have chicken if we had it i would of put it on your pizza. He was very Rude so I said ok this is the 2nd time this has happened in a roll.. And i guess we won’t be back he said ok and hung up. Manager is not professional at all and very rude tonight. I get people have bad days but I didn’t deserve to get this treatment. If you order pizza don’t use the app and I guess they no longer carry chicken? ♀️ Not worth the money or rudeness.

I came in on Saturday, October 30. The staff greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I explained I tried to place an order online. Which then the employee explained and apologized why the online order system was down. They had a very large order for a homecoming they were working on. I called my husband to get our order together. I came back to the register and waited a while to see if someone could take my order. A young gentleman saw I was standing there and asked if someone had taken my order I said no. He said OK I am sorry. As I proceeded to give my order he began to tell me it could be 30 to 45 minutes but he was not sure. I asked him nicely to confirm an eta while I called my husband to explain the situation. The gentleman came back and said it would be 15 to 30 minutes. We said OK. He finished taking my order. I sat and waited inside. The staff was phenomenal. They were all working together making pizzas and cleaning the restaurant. Everyone appeared calm. My food was ready within that 30 minute range. The food was also cooked to perfection. The gentleman brought them to the counter apologized again and thanked me for waiting patiently and being understanding. Please these people that worked that night deserve a big Thank You and a applause! They showed what true customer service should look like! Thank you again! Good job everyone.

I called in an order for cinnamon bread twists and chicken alfredo. The girl that took my order seemed unsure about what she was doing. It turns out she didn’t! The delivery driver showed up in 20 minutes, but all he had was the cinnamon twists. I was charged $5.49 for delivery and $7.99 for the twists. They gave me a$1.60 discount for some unknown reason. I really wanted the chicken alfredo and thought maybe I was ordering enough to get free delivery. So I ended up paying $12.49 for the twists. I do love their food though and the delivery guy was nice and apologetic.

Nice staff. Thin crust pizza picked up the moment it came out of the oven. Pretty good. What happened to putting enough sauce on a pizza to make it flavorful? Most of the national chains are guilty of it. Surprising no one has raised the bar on taste and quality.
