We ordered tacos and had a very inconsistent experience. The regular beef taco was actually great. Itwas completely filled with meat and well portioned.
However, we also ordered four steak tacos, which cost an extra $0.90 each, and they were extremely disappointing. Each steak taco had maybe six small pieces of steak total, and the meat was very dry. The portions were nowhere near what we received with the beef tacos, despite paying extra.
If customers are being charged more for steak, the portion size and quality should at least be comparable. Paying extra for barely any dry meat is unacceptable.

What I got versus what was advertised. I knew visiting this location would be a problem. I just ordered the samething from another location a few days ago and the food was in a box just like they advertise. All I had in this plate today was about 12 chips with a bunch of cheese and toppings on top. I asked for no shredded cheese they put a fist full of 3 blend cheese. Im not going back!

If you value both your appetite and your dining experience, I would strongly advise reconsidering a visit to this Taco Bell. From the moment I placed my order, the service was disappointing. When I accidentally mentioned wanting a Coke Zero, the cashier responded with unnecessary rudeness, curtly pointing out that they only serve Pepsi products—as if I had made a foolish mistake.
The experience only worsened at the drive-thru. The employee handling the order appeared inattentive, if not impaired, and carelessly stuffed two Deluxe Boxes and a #10 combo into a single bag. This not only created a mess but also forced us to sort through the items ourselves to determine which meal belonged to whom.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made for a thoroughly unpleasant visit.

This Taco Bell is the best I have ever eaten at. The food is always hot and delicious. They are happy to customize your food for you. (eg. No guacamole or extra sour cream) The workers always have a smile and are very pleasant. This should be the teaching restaurant for every other Taco Bell.

I didn’t get the sauce that I had requested. So, I went to the counter and the lady started to tell me that there was no one to help me. That I need to go to the kiosk if I wanted to place an order. This was before she even let me speak. When I finally did tell her what I was missing. It took her 2 tries to get me the right sauce I asked for. Word of advice dine at your own risk.
