Ordered online. Requested (and paid extra for) extra shredded cheese. Requested it to be toasted twice. Picked up and left a $3 tip without checking order. I trusted that the store would get it right. They didn’t. Overpaid and didn’t even get what I ordered.

We have been going to this location for months now. Today, The cashier was rude, the sub was cut so thin that it tore apart when she closed it. I asked for a new roll and was told I’d have to go back in line to have it remade. I had just waited my turn from the door and the line was back to the door again. It will be hard to return to this location. 32.00 for 2 footlongs that fell apart as soon as I took it out of the wrapper. Would have been a 5 if they would have remade my sandwich instead of taking my money and tell me to get back in line.

Ashley and Halie make the best sandwiches in the United States… heck, probably the whole world. One time I was broke down in their parking lot and Ashley replaced my alternator while Halie changed my oil. They go above and beyond!! Buy sandwiches from this Subway, buy sandwiches made by them.

I had trouble placing a large catering order via the Subway website catering menu from the Subway located on 2006 Crockett Rd in Palestine so I went into the store to place my order.
There, I met with the wonderful store manager, Serena, who was very accommodating.
She took the time to explain to me the details of each item & all the options I had.
We left off the veges to keep the bread from getting soggy but added a vege tray so guests could add back their choice of veges.
There were some items on the catering menu that were not yet added locally so she volunteered to contact her owner and get back to me.
As promised, she cheerfully reached out to me by phone to confirm all the details & gave me the best price available.
As promised, the sandwiches, wraps, salads & cookies were absolutely perfect & fresh, even which such a large order.
Nice job Subway!

Walked in at 9:05 PM all of the lights are on, cashier said they are closed. Hours said till 10, when I said that she said “I’m out of bread”. We wanted a salad so that was irrelevant. When I told her the web said open till 10. She said she couldn’t change that. I told her I was just letting her know so she could let someone know so they could fix it. She just shrugged.

Don’t order on the app – the employees don’t care what your order is, they’ll just slap whatever as long as it’s somewhat right. I’ve ordered the same sandwich SIX TIMES and I always ask for extra lettuce and it’s like they give me LESS than the normal amount.

Management needs to ensure people are trained properly before putting them on the line. Dissatisfied with the quality of the sandwich. Bread was flat and not near enough meat for the price your paying. Been coming here for years. Hope it was just a one off.

Showed up at 8:40, the kids working already had the door locked and when I walked up they all ran into the back laughing. If you want to close at 830, then close at 830. Don’t say you are open til 9 and close at 830.
