You had one job. Make decent wings. The flavors were good, but these were the toughest most overcooked wings I’ve ever had. It’s pretty bad when the teenagers at Urban Air make better wings than your “only wings restaurant.” C’mon folks, step it up. Your reviews are Terrible and you’re gonna go out of business unless you change things right now!

It’s chilli’s, the staff is rude and they play around way too much. Orders come out cold. Can talk to the manager Amber about it and she is too worried about being employees friend than a manager. She also works in the kitchen and can be seen messing with her hair while cooking and never washes her hands. Have tried to get corporate and (Brinker) they never answer. No one has a district managers number.
