This was my first time visiting this location. I haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s in a long time. They are a little pricey but after finishing my Club Sub (mikes way) I will certainly be back!! They are definitely a “Sub Above” other sandwich shops!!

I love this Jersey Mike’s! The food is delicious and the staff are super nice. Marcus the grill master, whipped up the best chicken philly I’ve ever had. The chocolate chip cookies are pretty good too. If you are hitting 67 I recommend grabbing a sandwich for the trip.

Owner/operator – review the cameras 2/7/26 from 11:00-12:45pm. Team Lead/Manager on duty was cursing out loud and yelling at employees.
We Waited over an hour for our sandwiches. We asked if our sandwiches were on the line and the manager on duty or Team Lead confirmed they were. Then packed it for another customer that came in after us. We mentioned that this is unacceptable and unsatisfactory and asked for a refund, she said she can’t do anything for us and began to ignore us went to the back and refused to give her name. The manager on duty refused to give her name

If I could rate a 0 I would but in this case they making rate at least one star and they don’t even deserve that . I ordered a Giant #56 for the reason of the extra cheese . When I received my order my sandwich was DRY… it was ridiculous. They only had put 2slices of cheese on my sandwich which only covered one side of my GIANT sandwich. On the other end of my sandwich there was no cheese but only meat .
That’s not even the worst part when I called them they apologized and asked me to hold to see if I can get a credit but guess what…. they had me on hold for exactly for 25min and never came back. I wouldn’t refer them to my worst enemy. TERRIBLE!!! If anyone say they want to try them . You better them RUN the opposite direction and run like you life depends on it . #worstjerseymikesever #drylikethedesert

Will not be visiting this location again. The cashier added an additional bag of chips ($1.99) to my order brining the total to $13.38. When I pointed it out to him, he responded “yeah but I gave you a 10% discount for the wait”. I responded that “I would much rather NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA BAG OF CHIPS” which my total would be $11.44 w the 10% disc. I know math and I know when someone is trying to hustle me.

I walked into the Cedar Hill Jersey Mike’s needing a massive catering order ASAP for a group of volunteers who were painting an elderly woman’s house. Lydell didn’t even blink when I asked for 16 sandwiches with chips and Gatorade’s for RIGHT NOW. He and the General Manager, Jacob, jumped into action assembling sandwiches faster than I have ever seen people make them before. Not only were they fast, they were also kind and good spirited about the whole thing which made a tough day volunteering so much easier! 5 stars isn’t enough. Shoutout to these kings!
