I went in on a Monday during a slower time and asked the chef to prepare something he would eat. The selection was made fresh with well-executed cuts. The presentation felt intentional, and the sake paired well without overpowering the food. Service and pacing were appropriate, resulting in a straightforward, well-balanced experience.

Killer view of the bay and city. Ice-cold Japanese beer. Super friendly staff. Loved the Ocean Queen roll and seared albacore bites—both were super tasty. Definitely coming back!

Amazing space. Freshest sushi in town. Creative rolls. Fair prices. Great service. Draft beer and full bar. Amazing views of the city and bay. Parking on street, so you may have a short walk. Elevator to the 4th floor and ADA accessible. Great place for families

The sushi was delicious and very fresh. They have a lot of unique rolls. The view is beautiful, we chose inside because it was windy but there were still great views. Service is getting better. It would be nice to be able to get a drink on the big deck that faces the bay. I would come up just to have a drink during Friday night market if that area was built out for it.

Eureka has needed a roof top spot for a long time. Glad there is one now. Food was good, not superb. Service was fast and they were courteous and responsive. The views are wonderful. Whether looking over the bay and harbor or in the direction of Old Town.
Only tasted a few items on the menu. All were delivered hot and had good flavor. Looking forward to a few more visits to see if all the menu items are worth while.

The fresh and warm red bean taiyaki with the cool and refreshing green tea ice cream may be one, if not the best desserts I have had for a very long time. The cereal cream cake was a also a delight. I snagged a few bites and the fruit, with the sweet but not too sweet cake were super satisfying.
Never thought of Rooftop as a place that I would want to go to for drinks and desserts though it is now on my list of go-to places for exactly that. I mean, if I can even fathom going there and not eating lunch or dinner too.
