Came in the other day to get my sons sandwich. She greeted me the moment I walked through the door. I could tell the young lady was alone and busy with many other orders. The sandwich artist working was helping a disabled man with his order, who was having a hard time standing up on his own. The artist was doing their best solo and showed extra kindness to the man who needed it most.
Another customer was complaining and being downright rude to the employee but they did their best to get things done as speedy as possible.

My husband and I came in on November 2nd at about 2:15-2:30. We were greeted by Luis and a young woman whose name I did not catch. They were slow when we walked in, so immediately they made us feel like they were relieved to see us. Luis made our subs for us. He took his time which allowed our subs to be made the way we want, which ive been to subways they rushed me.
When we got home we devoured our food. And I just wanted to give a huge thanks. I added ham to my pizza sub for the first time, and it was so delicious. My husband got his weird steak sub which he thoroughly enjoyed. A huge thank you to Luis!!

This store always hires people who don’t treat customers well and have somewhat racist attitudes, except for one who no longer works there. It turns out I was in line waiting for my online order, and there were two online orders. I arrived first, and then another man came in behind me who also had an online order. The employee told me I had to wait because she was alone and was going to serve the man first. My reaction was one of discomfort; I sat down, and she saw I was upset and proceeded to prepare my order because I said I would leave a bad review. Please hire more empathetic people.

This is the 3rd time coming to this location and employee Eli is so very rude. I love subway and find myself going out of my way to another location due to her lack of professionalism. I do know this location has trouble with keeping employees but you have to do better than feeling like you are bothering someone at the job they chose.

This Subway recently changed their hours from 8 am to 9 am. I saw 5 groups of people coma and go away. I use this Subway to get lunch for my daughter sometimes, but not anymore! I believe this is what the others were doing as well as I saw several kids. This is a shame….

Someone needs to update Google. New store hours on a printed out piece of paper stuck to the door, but nothing about it on any website or any platform that anybody uses… Very frustrating to go all the way there just to find out that they weren’t gonna open until 9 o’clock.
