Visiting New Bern area, we stopped to grab lunch. The fish sandwich deluxe was great. Crispy and not oily. Well put together.

We tried the chicken rice bowl. This was a different option.

Another person got a egg and cheese combo.

Quick drive through service. Nice worker greeted us.

Just an average Bojangles. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it’s not. Haven’t got any wrong orders, just rock hard biscuits from time to time and lately they didn’t have pulled pork or cheddar bos on a couple visits.

This location is probably the WORST I’ve been to. The order was entirely wrong and when I called to speak to the manager to let her know the issue she hung up the phone as I was speaking to her and that’s very unprofessional despite the circumstances it was her job to listen to what I had to say and address the issue I called the store back multiple times and got no response. Very disappointing every other location I’ve never had an issue with the manager at this location owe me an apology!!!

Paid for my order in drive through and had to pull up as I was informed after I paid they do not have any chicken for the sandwiches ready …. Making this review as I am still waiting outside and about 10 cars have passed through behind me … I think they forgot I’m out here waiting. Never have anything ready and this is the second time I’ve came this week and have had to pull up and wait longer than 10 minutes. The first time after waiting parts of my order were forgotten along with the extra sauce they charged me for.
