Oof. Downhill happens fast.
Not much good to say, the food was hot if not a touch hard.
We did ask for honey, said they were out. Didn’t get napkins or utensils either, so i just drank the gravy and tossed back the coleslaw like a caveman, dipped the chicken in the mashed potatoes for lack of a spoon….. it wasn’t the worst meal…. I just wish I didnt feel homeless and broke eating it.

Sometimes forgets sauces and I got some dinky tenders for the price of large tenders and it’s not a good feel. Otherwise I’m usually satisfied, just not this specific time. Otherwise i go for their dark meat boxes , I hope this location never closes.

Got food poisoning from there and I ordered their chicken TODAY mind you…Put two and two together for me and do the math. That chicken sandwich did not look cooked at all- it looked like someone chewed it and then spat it onto the bun and smothered the “chicken” in more BBQ sauce. Order was not right ! Order #1 thigh and leg dinner and spice wing dinner and sauce! Got wing dinner and wing spice dinner with no sauce ! Went back and talked with cook who nasty and rude!! Was told 16 minutes tell it would be done! So got a breast and wing which wasn’t good meat!!! Ask for the dipping sauce for the wing dinner and was told that was 90 0r 95 cents, l told her no I did not get any the first time withyou meals so she gave it to me but was nasty aboutit!!! Will not go back to this store again!! Store location in Kalamazoo Michigan on Riverview Drive!!!!!!

Biscuits and chicken were dry. Didn’t receive the mash potatoes and gravy. Corn tasted awful. Also had a long wait in the drive through but there wasn’t many cars in the drive through or the parking lot.

Visited this location Sunday 6/8/25 at about 8:15pm. The food was fresh and delicious. This location really impressed me though. The young lady working up front was kind and friendly with a beautiful smile on her face. The manager that was putting orders together was also very nice. The customer service alone will bring me back to this location. It so nice to hear employees in the back chatting and laughing.

The atmosphere and workers are outstanding in love the vibes and if there is a mistake made there is always hassle free services. Our experience has always been wonderful we enjoy Lee’s Chicken they currently have a excellent team. I have never been more pleased at any restaurant, hats off to Lee’s.

Really nothing special. The menu is modeled almost exactly like KFC but offers lower quality food. I’m not exactly sure why their chicken is considered ‘famous’ because it didn’t taste any different than your average fried chicken. It was also a bit tough, but did have some moisture. The restaurant has very limited seating, no restroom, and you’re basically eating with the audience of the staff. The staff also were not all that friendly.
