I ordered pizza on the app. I went to pick it up. They gave away my order. The employee is shaking her head at me when I have given her my name multiple times. I pull up the app to show it states ready. Well it now shows delivered. Now everyone is standing around talking about the mistake. Mistakes happen. Instead of remaking my order. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience.

So we ordered heart-shaped pizza for valentines day. This was the first time doing the heart-shaped pizza at Papa Johns. We first tried to do a scheduled order. Person who was taking the order forgot, so sent me to the location we were ordering from, which was this one. When the person answered, they said they already put the pizza in the oven, and this was within 2 mins. Now we wanted to do a future order so we didn’t get cold pizza because I was waiting to pick up my kid from school. So we got cold pizza, no dipping sauce, and our pizza wasn’t even cut! Now, any other place that does heart-shaped pizza…cuts the pizza, so there’s no excuse for that. Pizza was still good… but it doesn’t taste the same when you have to warm it up yourself.

My pizza was raw all the toppings slid right off and it was just awful. Threw away the rest won’t be returning to this location again unless they learn how to make sure dough is actually cooked. Would Rate 0 Stars if I Could. Managers need to do better training employees on Food Safety.

Poor soul there at the stablishment tried, but only one person there to make pizzas and another one trying to help on what he could.

I’d give this place a five star review, but some of these customers are absolutely insufferable. Customers act like they’re making frozen pizza here, but they’re actually making the pizza practically from scratch. And don’t even get me started on the customers who order at the same time as everyone else orders on the weekends, and then get mad about the wait times or delivery times. These customers have absolutely no patience and frequently verbally abuse the employees, and then play victim when they get hung up on or denied service. I have eaten here weekly for the last ten years, and I see how the customers behave. They act like children. They act like these aren’t human beings making your food. Those of you who go into the store for pickup, you can see how many people are back there working. You’re just rude to these people who are barely making a living. The customers at this location have been so rude to the employees that all of the best people that have worked there have left. I only recognize one or two of their current staff. My hat’s off to you guys for the amount of nonsense you have to take from the customers. Keep pumping out those good pizzas!

I ordered 2 large pizzas in January. I was informed that it should take 30 minutes for delivery. The wait was over 1.5 hours (more than 3 times what was quoted). I called a couple of days later and was informed they were short-staffed and was told they would credit me the same 2 large pizzas. After redeeming 1 of the 2, I called to redeem the 2nd and was told that no credit was associated with my account. I’m starting to think that I can’t believe anything they tell me.

Wanted to get the kids something good to eat since I’ve been taking care of my mom in hospice and haven’t had time to cook. We were excited because Papa John’s is usually so good. Sadly, the bottom of the cheesy bread was burnt, the garlic knots had burnt tops, the BBQ wings had hardly any sauce, and it was all NOT hot. Oh, and they were 15 min late. A complete waste of $116!!
