From the get go it was clear they don’t know what they’re doing. Six waiters and less than half the restaurant full and we were told it would be a 30 min wait. Two very old ladies who were also waiting to be sat complained they had been waiting and the hostess mumbles something to them about how she called their name. Keep in mind these ladies were like 80 years old and the other couple waiting said they never called their name. We get sat and wait ten minutes for our waitress to appear. She apologizes for the wait no biggie takes our order and drinks and leaves. 10 minutes later drinks come out and then 17 minutes later the appetizer comes out(also came out with a sweaty man wiping the food off the side) and less than 2 minutes later our food comes out. Ordered a medium rare steak with broccoli and fries. Steak was rare, broccoli was cold and hard to eat. The fries had pubic hair in it delicious right!? The other entree we ordered was chicken and rice. Chicken was burnt but hey still good rice was cold and not good. Wait another 20 minutes for a check never got checked on, drinks never refilled. Waitress comes back over to run our card and then got pissy when she wasn’t given a tip. Also to add it wasn’t just our table the table directly behind us got the wrong food, got there food after three other tables who were sat after them received food. The waiters and waitress’s didn’t know where food went and on three different occasions went table to table asking who got what.

We were called to a table waited I would say at least 15 min then waitress came over took part of order then did not return for a while longer when we did get our food some of the order was missing also cold one waiter apologized but waited for rest of order never got missing parts they took care of it without charging us. Prices too high and bad service is a Big negative. No specials.

We got seated fast. That’s good.
My soda came fast.
Beer and kids drinks took a bit.
The appetizer, chips were stale, the spinach dip had to be returned then heated 2x
The pancakes were good. But mine came after my family mentioned it.
Eggs were cold.
Bacon was stale (I love crunchy bacon but this was Luke warm and crunchy)
The burger was still sizzling which was good.
However; the waitress was awesome. She helped my kids a lot. Smiles. Good lady. 🙂
Other then her, I wasn’t impressed. Probably won’t be back. I think they got a long way to go before they will get good reviews. Everything was cooked good. Just maybe needs to come faster instead of sitting. I dunno.

Ordered online for pickup, which was fine. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were from a carton and had that nasty texture of carton eggs. I forgot to always order my eggs over-well; that way we know they are freshly cracked eggs. The bacon was very thin and hardly any of it. Sausage was fine. Pancakes, waffles and french toast were nothing special. We had really high hopes for this location, but everything was meh. We will stick with the local owned places from now on. It is wild to me that they only have a 2.3 on Google already. Very sad as we were excited about a new breakfast places. Never again.

Eggs were cooked wrong, twice. Steak was overcooked and mostly grisly. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but for a meal over $20 it should be cooked to the requested temps, right?

We drove up from Bend to have breakfast and lunch. After spending $70 we were very dissapointed in the food. The pancakes were cold and small. My omelette was also cold and my sons bacon was white and not cooked all the way. My wife burger was just OK. We were charged extra for the pancakes which was suppose to be included with my omelette. a $10 charge. The waitress would not correct it. Very dissapointed!

I ordered the Tres leches pancakes to go. There was no whipped cream, no forks, and one tiny syrup packet. I probably won’t spend $15 on this again.
