My order was gross. Asked for fresh because of a medical issue. Guy even said he let the kitchen know. Burger edges crunchy meant to look fresh. Had to go to the drive through to receive service, despite the person looking at us several times. Food was ok – my wife’s burger was made poorly with ketchup on one side and mayo on the other with too much of each.

I was eating my chicken sandwich when I realized there was molded bread!!! I called the store just to be told “I’ll take a look at those rolls” they don’t care about anything. I will be finding another Burger King.

I go here sometimes, and i doordash sometimes too. First time having this issue ever picking up from this burger king as a doordasher, I didn’t know that I absolutely needed my red bag. I didn’t have the red bag and I had my phone with the app open, so I could confirm it if asked. But anyways, here is what happened within detail. I walk in, it was around 10 o’clock maybe 10:30pm? One girl was sweeping the inside floor, while 3 employees just stood there standing and talking, completely ignoring me. Didn’t even say anything to me at all. I saw the bags, I went to them, about to check to see if it was the 2 orders i was picking up. And for some reason, the window/drink person came over and started asking a bunch of questions. Like am i uber eats or doordash (thats fine, i get that). I told him doordash, and then he told me i need my red bag and was also questioning about when I started doordash?! He refused to let me take it out, even tho I did have the app open, and could confirm it. I had to cancel the doordash and I lost out on payment due to that. And with that being said, I will not be taking ANY orders from here. Nor will I come back to get food personally either. That just was rude and uncalled for. You really should think about getting better night crew. Check the cameras and see for yourself. And also a suggestion, put a sign on the door so next time I don’t waste my time because I had to call and cancel and tell them why I couldn’t pick up the order. That took away about 15-20 mins that I could’ve been working.

I wanted to get a float but they didn’t have them but the guy suggested that I could get a sundae and make one with my drink. So I was happy about that. Got my meal and enjoyed my drink.
