I ordered an iced matcha latte from this location. The line was long so while I was waiting in line I decided to use the mobile app and order my drink.
I even added a 18% tip to my bill. I didn’t end up trying the drink until I got onto the interstate so at this point I couldn’t turn around. But my drink was made completely wrong. They added coffee with the matcha instead of using milk to make the matcha. I’m very upset especially after waiting 20 mins in line and this is why I don’t usually tip. Please train your employees on how to make drinks correctly.

Food took a long time in drive thru, much long than any dunkin I have ever been to. Sandwich looked pretty burnt, and unfortunately it tasted very burnt as well.

I get this is a Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbin’s but the fact that I can walk in and not be addressed at all for over 20 mins as car after car after car goes through the drive thru is absolutely beyond ridiculous and rude to your walk in customers. When I got here there were 3 cars in line, and by the time I was even greeted or acknowledged more than 10 additional cars went through.
Staff your location better, maybe split attention to walk in customers too. I will not be coming back.

I go here a lot and every time I am more and more disappointed. This morning I ordered a coffee and it was just a hot coffee, but it was not even close to being warm. The donut holes were hard and the lady didn’t even say two words to me. I said thank you and have a nice day and nothing from her. I took my coffee home and didn’t even drink it. The line is always super long and that is great but why should anyone pay for a hot coffee only to have it cold. So disappointed.

This location goes above and beyond. Not only is my coffee always right and ready fast, but the team here actually takes the time to add a personal touch. Today they wrote “You can do hard things” on my cup — and it hit at just the right moment. That kind of kindness and attention matters. You can tell they care. This is hands-down one of the best Dunkin’ spots around. Keep it up.

I still think about the last time I went to dunkin at this location, genuinely such a good experience I walked out of there with a smile on my face and a slip in my step. The people there seemed to genuinely care, the cashier Christabel was new and training but she did so well and was so kind, helpful, and understanding. She made a BOMB drink as well. They clearly have great hires! Gives me hope for this new generation! Keep it up!

Me personally there is nothing I hate more than disgusting sugary high calorie milkshakes posing as coffee. But thanks to the absolute outstanding service that I received from the worker Cristabelle my views on not only Dunkin’ have changed but my outlook on life itself and my relationship with my father in heaven God himself. The presence of cristabelle Brightened not only my day but my path and pursuits in life. I feel a new sense of worth and value, it was given from the worker that made me feel seen, and understood. When I got home, I flushed all my pills down the toilet, I was no longer contemplating making that decision. I choose life, I have found life. I soon as I got home, I remembered what my grandma told me. She said she found her life in Jesus. I too have put my sinful life behind me and now preach the gospel to the oppressed Chinese on my ministry path. Thank you Dunkin’ but even more thank you cristabelle.

After a great morning for our child, my husband and I decided to treat our son before school. We ended up leaving after the first interaction from Ralph at the store was “It’s going to be a long time before I can even take your order” in a hurried and disrespectful manner as if we inconvenienced him. All we wanted was 10 chocolate munchkin donuts. Nobody bothered to even ask how small our order was leaving my son sad and confused. But at least Kwik Trip is right down the street to save the day!
Busy rushes happen, but communication and courtesy go a long way. A simple “Thanks for your patience—we’re short-staffed today” would have made a big difference. Please staff appropriately during the morning rush and coach the team on customer service basics.

I did a mobile order about five minutes after I left our home. I spent 40 minutes in line waiting at the drive-through to pick it up. I ended up running so late for work. I had to come inside to pick up my order only to find out it had not even been started yet an hour total this had to be. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but this is the third or fourth time this has happened to me. I had to quickly tell them to cancel the order and refund my card because it was going to be several more minutes before they got started on it
