Didn’t make my online order right, showed the guy my receipt and he just gave me a crappy look and mumbled something under his breath before turning and dismissing me. After, I stood there, he turned back around and gave me a second glare and asked what I wanted. If you can’t do your job, then leave.

Ordered an online with cups of sauce on the side, refused to read the receipt where it specifically asked for them. Gave me 1 pack of mayo and looked at me like he was lost. Incompetence.

The man behind the counter was very unconnected, not in any way friendly at all. No thank you, no appreciation, nothing, it was weird and a bit uncomfortable in a i dont want to serve you, kind of way. I was there a month ago, same guy same weird feeling and treatment. Went back giving him the benifit of the doubt Hoping he was just having a bad day the first time, but nope he must just be that way. Will not be back to that subway again. I love subway. Will just have to drive to the other side of town next time hopefully it has nicer people.

Order online at cass st didn’t have the stuff so they sent it to the one on the other side of town and got home and my sandwich was made wrong and so I checked the receipt and it was right on there and when I called they made it out to be my fault even though it wasn’t will never get subway in Wabash again

There was 3 working and they were slow.. really slow making stuff. It was ridiculous! 2 people left .. got tired of waiting. I waited 15 min just to get waited on with 5 people ahead of me.

My friend and I placed online orders around the same time. We waited until the app said that the food was ready before making our way to the drive thru to pick it up. When we arrived, we were informed that they hadn’t even started our sandwiches. We were told by a very rude employee that they were out of all bread except so “what do you want me to do about it? you still want the sandwiches?” When I asked why we hadn’t been called to make a substitution he said that he had tried, only I don’t believe that neither my friend nor I wouldn’t receive a call or have missed a call if he really had. I chose to have him make the sandwiches, because I had no other option to feed my family. I pulled around to the drive thru window only to wait at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged. He came to the window and I asked to speak to a manager. However, I was informed by the employee that there was no manager! He said the manager had left at 2 and didn’t prep any bread. He asked me a second time if i wanted the sandwiches, which irritated me because I thought he had started them. He left to go start the order, and came back a couple minutes later to tell me they didn’t have any cookies. At that point, I was so fed up with the situation that it didn’t matter. He continued to try to make conversation about the manager and how busy he was, but didn’t seem to want to make my sandwiches very fast. He even told me that if I called for a refund, they wouldn’t give it to me. Whoever the manager was that day, they should be fired. I spend my last $40, half a workday, on a treat for my family, and the sandwiches weren’t even made correctly! I didn’t go back because I knew it wouldn’t be any better. I’m honestly just disappointed. Subway has always been our favorite treat, and now I don’t know that I’ll ever go back if this isn’t corrected. Subway, do better. Have a manager on every shift. You obviously have the money for it, you did steal mine! Still haven’t received a cookie, and I deserve compensation for this whole experience.

We ordered to have a pick up on Sunday morning. We ordered on Friday and picked it up at ten Sunday. A girl named Connie took our order and was the most helpful she could be..She also was the person there when we picked up and was also great.She is a good example of what an employee should be for the south side subway
