Two gals working today Friday 9/26 @12pm deserve a raise. I come to this location every few months and this is the best, friendliest service I’ve recieved. The line was long, which is fine and the two women working handled it like pros and remained positive and upbeat. The location was clean, the food was good, the lettuce looked a little questionable but other than that. Super pleased, prices are still really high but I’ll return if they’re here. Thank you!

The lady behind the counter was very rude to my step daughter. I try to keep in mind I dont know what’s going on in her life. That being said, being rude even if your having a bad day puts your hate on others. I will not be back to this subway. I just wanted to pass this information along. I like this location but tonight when I stopped by there was a sign on the door that said “due to staffing issues we are closing at 5pm on Sundays”, which is disappointing as in the last month started making it a point to stop there on my commute back from from work on Sunday evenings for dinner as a treat to myself. Guess that is the last time I’ll be stopping there then if they are closing early on Sundays now.
Though 5pm seems way early to close as that’s the beginning of dinner rush, when people are looking to get something to eat. Low staffing either is a scheduling issue or there was a bunch of employees that quit at the same time (low wages? cut hours? other?) or were fired, either way sounds like less like a staffing issue and more of a mismanagement issue.
Again, sad as this was a good fast friendly location (at least every time I visited) as both the subways in Ponca are not very good.
Gave three stars since since they are now closing early on the one day I usually stopped there, or I would have given a higher rating.

Talk to the sandwich artist.
If they seem engaging, you’ll get a great sandwich.
If they seem distracted, just leave. Eat somewhere else.

Ordered 6 subs online. Waited 20 to leave to even leave to give them time, (by the time we left the app said our subs were already ready to pick up and stated a time of 655) and it took us 10 to get there. That gave them 30 minutes and when we arrived the subs weren’t even started. There was 6 people in line, 1 worker, making 1 sub at a time. While waiting 4 more people showed up, and all 6 people of the original people where still there. There’s no way to request a refund on app, and you couldn’t even talk to the worker to ask in store. We now it’s been an hour and 10 minutes from the time order was placed, and we finally got our food. I feel bad for the long line of customers still waiting. Why only 1 worker on a Saturday night?

We used to love this subway but unfortunately the last 3 orders we have done have been extremely screwed up. We’ve ordered 3 cold cut combos and only got baloney on it. Paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. Also missing 2 and 3 toppings. With the prices plus leaving a 4 to 5 dollar tip each time,I would expect to at least have the order correct. We’ve decided not to go to the Blackwell location anymore. 3 times and total of 8 sandwiches and not 1 of them right. No more chances. Sorry

Very disappointed. Just waited half an hour. Fixed my husband’s sandwich and then proceeded to work on online orders before working on mine. The meatball sandwich was refrigerator cold

Horrible customer service, had a severe food allergy proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the food I was allergic to when it was right in front of me. Then the girl argued to change her gloves cause she “just changed them.” Very rude customer service food tasted bad, do you realize you can get sued for sending someone to the hospital for an anaphylactic reaction? Do not stop here.
