While we’ve never sat down inside to eat (I’ve always either picked it up or had it delivered), the place is HANDS DOWN the BEST PIZZA IN PLAINVILLE PERIOD! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming! And the food?!?! Hot and fresh every single time. The pizza crust is always perfect! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the sauce?!? I don’t know what they’re making it with, but it’s ADDICTIVE! I want to put it on everything! LOL And their prices can’t be beat when you want authentic, fresh, real pizzeria pizza. Their wings are awesome, too! Saddest part for me is that we’ve lived in Plainville for two whole years before I found them Give them a try! You will NOT be disappointed!

Recently moved into the area and I’ve tried all the nearby pizza places. This was the best, easily. The buffalo chicken pizza was really good. Crispy chicken with just the right amount of buffalo sauce on it. All the other pizza spots nearby are thick crust, bowling-alley style pizza. Roma has a nice medium-thin crust.

Located next to Lotus Garden in a tiny strip mall off 72, is Roma Pizza. I ordered a small cheese because I had a crazy at 9:15pm and everything else was closed.
Pizza was pretty good..nice undercarriage and the perfect amount of cheese. I felt it could’ve used more sauce though and crust was a little hard for my liking..but that’s just me. All in all, it was a good pizza and will return again.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Roma was so unprofessional I feel others should know. I called to place an order and the front host left me on hold while tending to others. When I kindly repeated my number after she asked for it , she abruptly hung up. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back, but she did it again. That’s not customer service it’s childish behavior. If this is how Roma treats customers over the phone, I can only imagine the in-person service.

I’ve been ordering from Roma for a long time and they never disappoint. They’ve got a huge menu to choose from and their pizza is great. It’s not thin crust and it’s not thick and doughy either. Always cooked to our liking, we like it crispy in our household.
