I order 2 tripa tacos and the tripa was really hard to chew,dry and hard over cooked , they seemed like left overs from 3 days ago and also the tacos had more Cilantro and Onion then tripas ,I also ordered 2 cabeza tacos and after the first bite they went straight to the garbage can.

I was there today and waiting for my food i saw they gave some one there taco order and the order was not right the guy took it to sitting area brought it back and they took the order back inside and i saw they took the meat and mix it with the meat in the cooking area it was today around 7pm no hygiene or anything they should’ve tossed that and make new one so watch out for shady practice it should be reported to the autorities

Nice truck and atmosphere with music and canopy seating, the burrito was good with asada but I ordered a Super with extra avocado and sour cream which was about $1+ more than regular on their menu and when I cut it in half it had very little. The pastor tacos had very little meat and allot of toppings which I was disappointed because because the balance was about %25 meat to %75 onions cylantro and Serrano pepper I had better tacos somewhere else and for $2.95 each I can find excellent tacos somewhere else. The salsa bar outside I admit is very good with self serve and about 4 different ones to choose.
Hope they improve their taco quality to bring me back.

My girlfriend and I are somewhere between a 3-4 star with this truck. We ordered when it was parked in the Chevron parking lot. We ordered the asada burrito and some asada tacos, they were not bad. It’s worth a try, A+ for cleanliness, appearance and atmosphere, B+ for food according to us

Tacos, salsas, & Aguas Frescas were GOOD!! It was the tortillas for me personally. So yummy! We had asada, pollo and el pastor tacos. All were flavorful and fresh. Customer service was excellent. Good music was a plus. We recommend and will be back!
