As a regular, few of my Starbucks experienced are as wonderful as my visits to this beautiful store with a fabulous team. Xyler, Megan, Amber, Anna, Micah and more on the team don’t just work hard to make my orders perfect, they have even gotten on a first name basis with me. I am very grateful for the quality I get at 84th and 370 coupled with a clean, peaceful, jovial coffee house atmosphere. I have certainly cemented myself as a regular here, and I hope this team keeps up their hard work.

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning before work and had a frustrating experience. The drive-thru line was already long, but I waited because I needed coffee before heading in. After finally getting to the window, I handed the barista a $100 bill to pay. I was then told they couldn’t accept it because they didn’t have change.
Normally that wouldn’t be a huge issue, but I had just lost my wallet recently and my cards are currently blocked, so cash was my only way to pay. At that point I had already waited through the entire line, and I was told the only option was that they could “save the order” and I could come back later.
Unfortunately I had to be at work within 15 minutes, so that really wasn’t an option. It was frustrating to spend the time waiting in a long drive-thru line only to find out at the window that they couldn’t break a $100 bill.
I understand individual employees don’t control store policies, but it seems odd that a busy corporate Starbucks wouldn’t be able to make change for cash during morning rush. At the very least it would be helpful if customers were informed earlier in the line or if there were signs posted. Will not return to this location.

I’ve been going to Starbucks locations across Nebraska for years now. Today, the blonde at the window was super friendly and charismatic. She gave me a cool idea to add into my regular drink, also made some small talk with me. She put a smile on my face. It was a great way to start the day. I could tell the cashier genuinely enjoys her work. This location just opened not long ago, right down the street from one of locations I work at. Great location, great atmosphere. Whoever she is, she is a great addition to your Starbucks family!

I didn’t eat here and it’s not a restaurant it’s a coffee shop but they do have pastries I believe and other sweets and snacks. Starbucks ⭐✨ is Awesome by the way.
