Cute lil spot with good flavor. I liked my Nam Tok pork. My husband ordered Panang. We also shared papaya salad. They all tasty. We will come back with our pup as their patio is pet friendly and the parking is plenty.

Say Yum Thai Street Food is a highly rated restaurant in Huntington Beach known for its authentic and flavorful Thai cuisine. They offer a wide range of creative Thai street food dishes, known for bright and bold flavors. I enjoy the crying tiger and teriyaki salmon with rice. The crispy pork belly salads is flavorful and crunchy. The papaya salads come with a lot of topping like crispy pork belly, egg and steamed ham. They are known for fresh ingredients and perfect balance of spices. Wrap up your dinner with their famous mango sticky rice dessert or the banana samosa with chocolate sauce. The restaurant features a kitschy decor and a charming outdoor patio that is both dog friendly and a great spot for al fresco dining. The ambience is cozy and welcoming, creating a memorable dining experience beyond just the food.

What I got:
-crying tiger $23.95
-teriyaki salmon $21.95
-Nam tok beef $18.95
-yum moo krona $18.95 crispy pork
-say yum tum combo papaya $31
-mango sticky rice $12
-banana samosa
-Diet Coke
-mango refresher
-thai coffee
-milk green tea

We’re in Vancouver, Canada. My friends and I were at a conference in LA and ordered food from this restaurant. First of all, the food was delicious. The portions were huge, the price was reasonable, and it was excellent value for money. We were so full after just one meal!

Great spot in HB! Authentic Thai street for. Good portions and great flavor. Real Thai people. I ordered the crispy pork / holy basil with rice and friend egg. They have an extensive menu and even boba and other cool drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking. Definite just visit for your street food fix.

The hospitality from SY was amazing. Love how the ingredients used were from Thailand, including the water cups! The presentation of each dishes show how much respect they have for the customer and art of cooking. The owners are very proud of what they have and it looks like they enjoy what they do. My daughter is very picky when it comes to beef cuts and never had Thai food, but she actually enjoyed our meal. She’s not used to the sweet and savory flavors but it opened her eye to always try foods from other cultures. Will definitely come back when craving Thai food!!

Food is fresh and the quality is good. Thai tea lives up to the hype, get it. Staff is kind and they ensure your experience and food is good. Could be pricey but it is quality food and worth it. The decor vibe is on point and sets a relaxing environment. The crispy roti for dessert was super good, make sure to get that too so come hungry!

Lived out of the US for more than 25 years. Have been craving Thai food since I’ve been back and my son has never had it before … we weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious, and tasty with warm spices. Simply hit the spot… Will be back for sure.

This has quickly become one of my favorite lunch spots! The food is excellent and the service is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have tried almost everything on the lunch special menu, and have enjoyed every single dish.
It’s really easy to see from the street and there’s plenty of parking. They even have a really cute outside patio for nice days.

We tried this place out for the first time. It is a small place with more of a fast food/casual vibe. The pad thai was oversauced and it kind of reminded me of a sweet and sour flavor, so it was too rich and didn’t taste like a traditional one. The crispy pork topping was an interesting option but more fatty than I anticipated (probably was pork belly). The pad see ew was good. Prices were affordable.

Have been going here regularly for about a year, typically for take out. Food is great. My only complaint is that it is not really set up to dine in, and that I wished they closed later (they close at 8). Otherwise I find their kitsch decor quite charming, service good, and food quality better than other Thai restaurants in the area
