Don’t do order delivery. The past two times I’ve done an order for delivery, there has been a sandwich in the order which is made incorrectly. Just ordered today and the customize order was wrong. The sandwich comes with tomatoes, but no tomatoes were on the sandwich. My previous order forgot the guacamole on the sandwich which was paid for when ordering. There’s no system for checking orders clearly or they don’t know there sandwiches. Extremely frustrating.

Still sitting in the lobby waiting and I have to say the rudeness from the girl taking our order was painly unnecessary. I wasn’t sure what the difference in my sandwiches was and rather than letting me know her coworker informed me while she started at me. When we paid with cash she threw her gloves in the trash and was simply awful. Hate to say you could tell she hates her job. I have worked in food service it is not fun but I was in no way rude and did not appreciate how we were treated.

This location sucks. Every time I go there it is always something different. Loud music before (had to yell my order), extremely slow service before (with full staff line), can’t count change back when the register broke (“just use your phone” she said to the teller), ect… Just went in for a club lulu with cheese. Same sandwich I have gotten for over 10 years. No cheese. Don’t even know if I got charged for it, didn’t get a receipt. Paid $11 on the dot for not what I ordered. Also, if that is what it cost for literally just the sandwich and no extras I’m done there anyway. My bread was hard as rock on the bottom side too. Courtesy was good though, at least that’s one thing those kids have going for them. 2024-06-29

Jimmy johns is my favorite. I was excited when they first opened but, every time i been there i been disappointed about the customer service and the food. Only once I been there and everything was good. Second time rotten lettuce that tasted bitter and ruined the sandwich. Didn’t get any type of refund. Third time paid for cheese and the workers were back there messing around and cussing forgot the cheese all of our sandwiches that we paid extra for and my sandwich was sloppy and falling apart. The other times I haven’t had much issues besides the people there every jimmy johns i go to the service is great but here they aren’t like that. They cuss in the back don’t know how to answer simple questions and do sloppy work. Every other jimmy johns I went to I have enjoyed but this one is disappointing and they need to get some better workers or something. I am gonna start driving to lowell for when i want jimmy johns.
