My visit to Chipotle left much to be desired, warranting just one star. To begin with, finding the restaurant proved to be a daunting task, as it was tucked away amidst perplexing roads. Upon arrival, despite being only ten minutes behind schedule to collect my order, it remained unprepared, and there was a conspicuous absence of staff at the front counter. Additionally, the lack of napkins and utensils, coupled with a limited drink selection, further added to the disappointment of the experience. Overall, the combination of navigational challenges and subpar service made for an unsatisfactory dining encounter at Chipotle.

Warning to all DoorDash delivery drivers! Do not pick up here. They tow. Nowhere to park. I kindly informed a young manager about the new sign that they are towing near the dock where navigation takes you. Manager was plainly rude and condescending. To top it off she laughed and boasted “have a nice day!” Unbelievable Chipotle that you hire immature managers like her. I was simply trying to inform her about the new towing sign so that delivery drivers don’t get towed.

I visited Chipotle today and was disappointed with my experience. I found that the portion sizes were quite small relative to the price charged. Although I paid for double protein, the server provided only a small scoop, resulting in a serving that felt insufficient for the amount I paid. Overall, I did not find the value satisfactory.

decided to splurge for once and get steak for my bowl. didn’t realize they were running low on steak. employee gave me the scrap leftovers of whatever was in the container, and it was about 40% of what they normally give. i’m usually not too confrontational, but i was so annoyed that i asked, “is that it? is that all the steak?”
asked for salsa on the side. employee looked me dead in the eyes and plopped the salsa right into my bowl.

I used to make online orders but then after 2 instances where i had multiple items missing on my order, i decided to start going in person. At first my experience was great. I found the staff to be polite, efficient, and helpful. As I frequently visited chipotle i started to notice the portions get drastically smaller. I get that portions can’t be too big, but Mason chipotle used to be cheaper than other locations(for some reason) and now as the prices increase it feels unfair for the portions to be so small. The staff works really hard, but there’s a few people who are notorious for giving low portions and then giving dirty looks if you ask for even a little extra

Worst Customer service ever!
I used app to order the burrito bowl. It was supposed to be ready by 6:30pm. When I got there, it was not there.
I tried to ask employees by saying “excuse me”. Employees looked at me then just looked away without response. Simple polite response of saying “how may I be help you” would have been suffice. After ignoring me several times, one employee just said “in two minutes” I waited until 6:50 for my order.
I understand that employees can be busy, but politeness is another matter. Chipotle needs to educate employees on how to respond customers better.
After I got the order, I found that the white rice was not properly prepared. Rice was sticky and with no flavor. Some portions were stick together in forms of balls.
This is not how the store should serve students at GMU. Very disappointed, and I will never go to that branch in near future.

This Chipotle location falls short on several fronts. The cleanliness standards and overall hygiene could definitely use a boost, and the placement of the restaurant could be better. Their protein choices often taste stale, almost as if they’ve been left out for hours (which they likely have been). Additionally, they seem to be short-staffed, so don’t expect lightning-fast service when placing your order. I would not suggest eating inside of this location, I’ve never seen them wipe the tables in my multitude of depressing visits. If you really feel like eating mid Chipotle come here, but you are right next to so many other decent food places please reconsider your life choices.
