Worst experience I’ve ever seen in food service! I was told delivery would take 45min to 1hr 15min. That’s fine. 1hr 30min later I call, the lady says it’s just going in the oven. The driver had 1 delivery before me. 1! I told her if it was gonna be over 2+ hours then she should have told me that on the phone I could of picked it up. I used to deliver pizza and that’s what we did at a different store. Be transparent with your customer. She hung the phone up on me. Pathetic. Being “busy” is completely understandable. Not even being remotely close with the estimated time is ridiculous and her professionalism is none existent

I love how y’all are open from 11 AM to 11 PM every day, but I can’t order online at 10:30 PM you know I truck drivers don’t get off until late at night and get to a hotel and haven’t eaten all day and then come to find out we’re at a hotel. We can’t get anything delivered to us because the only place close enough that’s open says they’re closed so I can’t place my order.

I placed an order online for delivery to the hotel I was spending the night at. After the web site glitched slightly to find my store location, the rest of the process was quick. Took just under an hour for the medium pizza I ordered. It was just perfect temp for eating. Overall it was a decent pizza for a bit more money because of the delivery cost.

Management is severely lacking. Was threatened, screamed at and was called several inappropriate names in front of about a dozen people and while my 8 yo daughter watched from the car. For canceling an order they hadn’t even started. The old man yelled and screamed like a teenager that got her phone taken away. It was truly unbelievable.

I live 8 minutes from the snappy I can place a order at 5pm and hours will go by it’ll be 7pm I’ll call then they’ll say it’ll be there in another 30 minutes few more hours go by I’ll call them again itll be 10 o clock and i still won’t have a pizza it’ll be 11 o’clock and they’ll pull in why do yall suck at your jobs this bad ? Ever wonder why you ain’t getting any tips? Can’t even rate the food bc by the time you get it you won’t want it. This exact scenario has happend 5 diffrent times.

Chuck did a great job. He offered some coupon deals, & when we figured out the best value pizza, I got the Jr. Beast pizza, 12 slices, for $22, filled with meat & xtra cheese. I wanted it delivered, but since the delivery driver had a bunch of deliveries to do Thurs night, I picked it up myself, The place was clean, the pizza was ready when I walked in. Great experience. Not all businesses try to please their customers as much as Snappy does. While customers can be wrong, the customer is King, & Snappy Tomato proves it. I will order there again.

I’m new to the area, and after reading some of the reviews I wasn’t sure about ordering from here but they were open late, so… I ordered and paid online then picked up my pizza. It was ready on-time and still hot. The employees were friendly and helpful. The Supreme pizza was really good- lots of toppings and the original crust was just right for me, done but not hard. It went well with the cup of garlic butter dipping sauce that came with the pie. I will order from them again for sure! Just FYI, though, there’s no dining room.
