One of my favorite restaurants for Chinese take out is Pueblo Dragon 2 in Blende on the Mesa. Located right next to the entrance of the Mesa Drive-In you will find this very delicious and consistent Chinese restaurant. I have ordered food for both my own personal hunger needs but I recently used Pueblo Dragon 2 as the preferred caterer for Chinese cuisine for the Dig • A Contemporary Speakeasy which takes place every Wednesday evening in the back room at the Senate Bar in Downtown Pueblo. The guests gave the food top marks. My favorite dishes are the Beef and Mixed Vegetables and the Vegetable Lo Mein noodles. GH

This has excellent food! They will also do just about anything asked of them. It is a family run business and during the school season their daughter and son are often there as well. It’s been fun watching them grow up. It’s also wonderful to see that Linda and her husband take SOME time off to go on short vacations as a family. Linda takes you order, your payment and makes sure everything is put in your take out bag. If she isn’t busy she will carry it to your car. She always greets her clients with a smile. This is a wonderful place to get great Asian food. Thank you for your time I hope you enjoy it like I have for almost twenty years!

The spicy Thai garlic shrimp smelled so bad it was most definitely not safe to eat and you would think that the cook could smell the nasty smell yet they still delivered it. Never ever again will we order anything from here. Save your money and eat elsewhere

This place is nasty!! Don’t go there! I ordered something simple to see how they are, and thankfully I didn’t place our normal order. I got the chicken lo mein for $8.50. the chicken is slimy and the noddlels are mush. It tastes like it was made last week and reheated. I also got a sweet and sour combo. The chicken was way over cooked while the shrimp was still cold. Even the fried rice was under cooked and slimy. We were forced to just throw it all out.

Absolutely horrid. Chicken was chewy and even the fried rice is gross. The meal ender though was that they mixed orange chicken into my sesame chicken. They are definitely NOT cooking each meal as ordered, basically an old buffet in the kitchen. Save your money, mine just went into the garbage.

After last night’s order, Pueblo Dragon lost us as long time customers. Our Mongolian beef has me questioning the VERY LITTLE beef used to make this. Should have called it Mongolian Onion, doesn’t matter, I dont think it was beef at all. The General Tao Chicken tasted like very bad fish and was slimy and made the vegetables fishy as well. Thai Spicy Garlic Chicken and egg rolls were so over cooked, we couldn’t bite into it. We threw it all out hoping it wouldn’t make us sick!! Over $60 and all we got was horrible garbage. Never again will we spend that kind of money (at least 2x a month) at either Dragon!!! 0 stars! ZERO!!!

This is my favorite restaurant in Pueblo! Their egg rolls and crab wontons are the best i’ve ever had from the 5 states i’ve lived in and tried! I love the fried rice, very flavorful for just box of side rice! I woukd recommend! I love the walnut shrimp on a bed of cabbage… it’s even better the next day!

omg the food is bomb my first time with service was awesome but the second not so great she had her kids you could tell she had way to much to deal with. third time it was the same person and they where much better at the service and no kids so it was definitely the kids that caused such problems the second time in but the food is totally worth every penny don’t care if the doubled the prices. i can never finish what i get ive never done take out or delivery i live probably 25 minutes from the store so i just go in and eat, even if i can take leftovers i don’t think they’d be any good time i got home. definitely eat here if you have a chance. sorry for any rambling.
