BBH OVER PHO ANY DAY!! $19.99 without rib, $25.99 with giant tender beef rib. It already has so much meat but if you eat more the beef rib is really good. I love the spicy broth and it hits the spot if you’re craving soup.

They also have a special pho dip sandwich $17.50 that has 1/2 a pound of tender brisket topped with pickled onions and fresh herbs on toasted rye. Very unique and captures the essence of pho. I love that it comes with a side of broth for dipping. Check them out!!

The brisket and rye sandwich was stellar. It’s sort of like a French dip where you’re supposed to dip it in the side of beef broth. I preferred to just drink the broth on its own and not dip my sandwich. The red onion in the sandwich added a nice acidity that didn’t overpower the brisket. The brisket was tender and had a light flavor to it, with the amount of veggies it was a refreshing sandwich

The bun bo hue tastes good. FYI they don’t include pork hock nor pork blood. Pros: has a prominent but not overpowering lemongrass flavor. Has a stronger spicy kick than other places, so maybe ask for less spicy if you can’t handle spicy food. The protein toppings were better than other viet restaurants because here they give more and the tendon was very flavorful and tender. Cons: The noodle portion was small, and also the noodles were clumpy and cut into weird chunks.

Overall, it is a very solid place for Vietnamese food considering we are in the outskirts of SGV, and I will definitely come back for the brisket on rye sandwich and to try other menu items.

I heard their sandwich gone viral so I gave it a try. I ordered the Famous Sandwich Brisket on Rye, VERY DISAPPOINTED. It’s OVERPRICED and OVER-RATED. Basically they used the brisket from beef noodles, add red onion pickles on a rye bread. The bread was not even toasted, so it fall apart. In my opinion, the soup is much better, not a fan of their sandwiches.

I ordered takeaway from this place and both the Lomo Saltado DD and Tai Lan DD were excellent!! Food was still hot when delivered and everything was tasty. I appreciate the extra verde sauce that came with the lomo Saltado. I also like that the broth and noodles/veggies are packaged separately so you can put it together when you’re ready. I would order from here again!! Can’t wait to try other menu items.

Took the family here for dinner to try this new spot. I ordered the House Pho bowl. It came with 1 Large beef rib bone in, and 1 bone with marrow, tendons, brisket, and you choice of veggies to add to your bowl. I chose cilantro and red onions. The price for this was around $25 plus tax. It came out piping hot and fresh. I will order this again when im craving this dish. I would recommend trying this place.

I accidentally found this pho place. I went to GoldBahn to get the famous Pastrami sandwich. Unfortunately, pastrami was not ready so I went to &Broth and ordered the Beef Rib Pho and the pastrami sandwich. To my surprise it was a hidden gem. I’ve been to most pho places in the SoCal area and let me tell you this place is definitely top 2. Like the name implies, broth is amazing, noodles were on point and meats and veggies were fresh. Definitely worth a revisit.

Update: pho still great but came by to try the BBH sandwich and it was not good. I’m just gotta get the pho here.

This place is the best pho place in the sgv. If you’ve been to the best pho places in the OC. This place is just as good and the portion is plentiful. The broth is amazing and the meat quality is excellent. Only thing I would knock is the pho noodle was a little over cooked but other than that it was phenomenal.

The staffs were awesome and got our food out to us swiftly.

The parking was easy, they have a free lot on site.

The ambiance was like any other food hall. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a spot to grub or need a soupy dish, this is the place.

I’ll come back and try the sandwiches next time.

A warm hug on a cool day, like a favorite sweater, the bowls of beef broth are definitely artisanal and made with much care and attention.

The star of the menu is the bowls of Pho. There is just the right number of varieties available, with beef being the center stage, showcasing very tender brisket, slices of top round, and tendon so tender you need to use the spoon to fully enjoy. The noodles are also expertly made. Keeping intact and lining the bowl like a treasure nesting in the beautiful made broth that is well balanced in beef goodness, bordering on all the beef bone goodness.

Sandwiches or the Bahn Mi on the menu are constructed equally well. Ingredients are plenty, balanced, and delicious.

Located inside the Glendora Public Market, you will be enjoying this restaurant-class cuisine in a Food Hall setting. As casual as it is, the pricing does not match the experience unless you are only focused on delicious sustenance.

A premier bowl of Pho can set you back $26, with most being around the $18 range. Modern times have certainly created a spectacle in dining costs.

The customer service at &broth is incredible. Everyone is super kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. If you have any questions—whether it’s about different broth options, meats, or how to build your bowl—they’ll walk you through everything so you know exactly what you’re getting and what you might want to add.

I’m Panjabi so I love a lot of spices and herbs in my food and their broth is rich and full of flavor—definitely not bland at all—and it tastes amazing every single time. The meats are tender, decadent, and pair perfectly with the bowl. It’s truly an outstanding pho, and this place has become my absolute favorite pho spot. They never disappoint.

One tip from me, especially for people with a bigger appetite (I’m 6’3″ and on the heavier side): No matter how many meats your pho comes with—three, four, five, or a build-your-own—I recommend choosing two of those meats and getting extra portions of them. It makes the bowl much more filling and satisfying.

Overall, &broth delivers fantastic service, incredible flavors, consistency, and a pho experience that keeps me coming back.

One of the best Bún Bò Hue I’ve had. Spicy and savory, not too sweet. Broth is amazing. Had a few bites before taking the picture
