This was our favorite Mexican restaurant of the many around here. We ordered takeout from here a couple days ago. The online menu isn’t up to date, so the bill was $8-$9 higher than expected. I completely understand prices going up because the cost of everything has gone up, but feel the website should reflect current pricing. Also, portions half the size they were and barely any cheese is taking it a bit far. The meat was flavorless and dry. The food was a far cry from what I had come to expect from here. HALF the portions, with scarcely any cheese to be found. 5/6 of us did not like the taste of our food. My eight year old, who is my only kid out of 5 that LOVES Mexican food didn’t even eat his. He had to go get leftovers. So disappointed. I sent a message to Mi Pueblito before posting this. I hope things get better, but am left unsure after the PM response I received from Mi Pueblito. I received an apology in regards to the food (which was appreciated!), but in regards to the website menu being outdated, I was told dine in and carry out menus reflect current pricing. I wasn’t offered a coupon or anything to help soften the blow of wasting $57 tonight. I wish the business well and hope tonight is a fairly isolated incident. I’m just left feeling disappointed… At this time, I can’t envision ever returning for fear of wasting my $ and everyone being left disappointed.

We were immediately greeted by the super friendly staff, which really helps set the tone for any dining experience. I ordered my go-to for Mexican restraunts- the steak fajitas. It was a bit salty, but the flavor was really good. I will definitely order it again. I’m glad to have a delicious choice for Mexican food close to home

We ordered burrito, taco, Chile verde pork, the Tijuana special and fried ice cream. Also had strawberry margarita. Extra shrimp was excellent too! It was all delicious. Am happy to have left overs to take home! Will definitely return. Entrance is handicap accessible.

Our last experience was great. This time it was awful. We ordered the same, family size fajita mix for $24. It was barely enough to feed one person. We called to ask about the portion size change and were told the special was over. This is the only restaurant in town and we won’t be back. Also there is no tequila in the margaritas.

Got the half order of the fiesta nachos. Everything looked great, was a bit bummed about the chips being stale but didn’t mind too much. But the beef tasted like straight chemical to the point that I regret not spitting it out. It tasted the same way pesticides and aggressive cleaners smell.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Their incorrect prices have been this way for quite some time. Food tasted sour and chicken was too dry to eat. And if you order to go, they will give you the skimpiest platter, I can’t make this up. I will not be going back again. 20 spent and I’m still hungry. Was a 4 dollar platter at best if it wasn’t sour tasting.
