What a wonderful little coffe shop.
The owner is notable, he is smart and inquisitive. He cares to know his customers and he is constantly greeting regulars by name as they walk in. He asks them questions that show he talks to them and cares about their story.
The Vietnamese sourced beans as espresso was new for me. The owner was able to explain why he pulled the shots the way he did and why he was targeting a specific flavor profile, it allowed more appreciation of the experience.
I also had the standard Banh mi / Vietnamese sandwich. It was delightfully simple. The flavors and ingredients all played nice together and nothing was overpowering.
I highly recommend giving Somo T a try.

I love this new Vietnamese Cafe in Winter Park! Everything was fresh and delicious, reasonably priced. Yummy Banh Mi! The owners are friendly and it’s great to learn that the coffee beans are roasted fresh daily, tasted great and totally satisfied our cravings! I actually like it better at So Mo T than the Vietnamese coffee in Vietnam

First time visiting and the staff were super kind!

I’ve had cá phê from a bunch of different Viet cafes and restaurants but I enjoyed it the most here! Reading the other reviews, it’s apparent that not many people know what to expect when ordering Vietnamese Coffee, expecting it would taste like espresso not knowing it’s brewed and prepared differently.

When I told the barista that this is my first time visiting they offered to dilute my drink if I didn’t enjoy it since it seems that not many people tolerate the strong taste of coffee but the cá phê was delicious!! In the photo, I ordered the Ube Coconut Iced Coffee and would highly recommend.

If you are the type who has never had Vietnamese coffee or is not a huge coffee-drinker in general, I would recommend the White Coffee variant of the drink. They also have milk teas and other non-coffee menu items.

I got the Uber Coconut Vietnamese coffee and it was really good and not too overly sweet. The flavors mixed well together. I also called the Lemon Grass Chicken Banh Mi, and that was insanely good with the sriracha.

I recently visited the service, which is always wonderful. However, the prices for the coffees are not worth the quality of the beverages. This is the second time I have visited, and the coffee is essentially ice with a small amount of coffee and a lot of foam, which is quite disappointing.

On the other hand, the taro tea is delicious and plentiful, and the avocado ice cream is exquisite. The cream and bread are unfortunately awful. The bread is thick and has only a little cream, and it is not even warm.

Despite these minor flaws, the place is charming. It is a great coffee shop next to where I get my nails done. When I come to get my nails done, I can stop by and get a coffee. The decorations are cute, the chairs are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The drinks are amazing. We tried the tiramisu coffee and mango smoothie. The coffee was very smooth, sweet but not too sweet, and it had hints of chocolate and tiramisu, which was delightful. The mango smoothie was blended to perfection with a great mango flavor.

First time visiting, I had a lot of questions and the staff answered all of them, and let me sample before committing to an option. Definitely just gained a regular, this was the most delicious drink I’ve had!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Somo T, a newly opened Vietnamese coffee shop that has quickly become my go-to destination. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the rich flavors of their coffee.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the different coffee options and making personalized recommendations. Their Vietnamese coffee, made with sweetened condensed milk, was nothing short of exceptional—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced.

The shop’s modern decor and cozy seating area make it an ideal spot for both relaxation and productivity. I highly recommend Somo T to anyone looking for a unique and authentic Vietnamese coffee experience. The quality of their coffee and the warmth of their service truly set them apart.

**Rating:** 5/5

**Recommendation:** Try their signature Vietnamese coffee and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere.

I’m not a big reviewer but Somo T deserves some love for their banh mi! I got the combination banh mi. It was a delight. The chef bakes the bread in house. The flavors are exactly as they should be. The veg is nicely dressed (pickled? It has a sweet tang). Highly recommend the banh mi – just make sure you don’t come too early because the kitchen may not be open yet. Also, the way they have set up the interior with communal notebooks and writing utensils is very adorable.

We passed by SOMO T a few times when grocery shopping at Aldi’s next door, so we decided to try the Vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi SOMOT) this time. The toasted bread was just the right texture – crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The mayo, pate, plain pork roll, pork roll with skin, pickle, cucumber, and cilantro were all good. Although the menu indicates charsiu in this sandwich, we hardly noticed it, but overall the sandwich was good.

In addition to the Vietnamese sandwich offerings, there’s a sticky rice dish on the menu. There are other sweet desserts such as cheese cake, cream bun, and other sweet selections in the glass case. As for drinks there’s a variety of boba tea offerings as well as coffee and Vietnamese coffee.

The service is friendly and fast.

The decor is clean, simple, and contemporary with inside tables and seats.

I stopped by after my visit to Aldi, and I was not disappointed! I met the lovely business owner (I regret not asking her name), who was such a sweet lady. She recommended different drinks based on what I was looking for and explained that she carefully constructed all of the recipes from scratch.

I ordered the Taro Butterfly Latte along with a slice of strawberry cake, while my sister chose the Passion Fruit Jasmine Tea. The Taro Butterfly Latte was amazing—smooth and just the right amount of sweetness! The passion fruit tea was refreshing, with a perfect touch of tanginess. The slice of cake was incredibly soft and moist, but not overly sweet.

I highly recommend this place! I would give it a 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!
