Ordered the lava cakes the delivery was prompt but obvious the order had been dropped when calling to speak to the manager the delivery driver Joe answered and immediately hung up on me while trying to get the order fixed, pizza burnt, lava cakes dropped the pizza deal online didn’t apply to the order for some reason.

Digital order status was useless. Pizzas were uneven dough bubbly, not bubbles you can pop in the oven, like they weren’t stretched right or it was dough that had been out for a while. Tasted good, just nit-picking because I used to be an assistant manager of a Domino’s

There seemed to be an issue with the app. We placed our order, it charged the card, but said there was error and the tracker never came up.

We called the store and waited over 25 minutes (!) to ask simply ask if our order went through before just hanging up. We still have no idea if our order was actually placed or not.

I don’t blame the staff, they’re probably underpaid and overworked.

But this is our last time ordering from Dominos

First time ordering from this Domino’s and it was awesome! Had a last minute gathering and placed an online order. Was able to track it online from prep to delivery. I don’t usually eat pizza or drink soda but it was all delicious as was the Jalapeño and Pineapple Chicken Bites!! My favorite along with the Chocolate Lava Cake and extra icing. I tipped $8 and received the $3 off coupon for an upcoming order but it has to be used in the next week, which I won’t be using. Dakota delivered my order and he was very friendly and service was prompt!! WTG, Domino’s Queensbury!!

We ordered a pizza for delivery. My fault maybe or the app somehow garlic parmesan sauce was ordered and we wanted red sauce and I never ever change it. The employee was super helpful and understanding and sent us a new pizza! Great customer service!
