So this place is off the main roads but it’s definitely somewhere to stop in. I been living in Gatlinburg about 6 months and regret not stopping here sooner. Albert was friendly courteous and overall pleasant person. The food was very hot and burgers were juicy. I’d recommend this spot. The locals also eat here. They do to go orders as well or you can sit on the tables that are there. Overall great spot.

I wanted to like it.I really, really did, but that burger patty was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Salt is not a spice, it’s an enhancer. A little bit goes a long way, and if you are using good meat you don’t need to kill it with seasoning. The chili is okay. The seasoning needs more depth and kick, and the green pepper pieces could be a little more cooked and smaller. Unfortunately it was nothing special.

Just stopped by Food Shack LLC in Sevierville on a whim, and wow—what a hidden gem! I went with the chili and cornbread, and it was straight-up 10/10 perfection. The chili was hearty, spicy in the best way, and that cornbread? Buttery, sweet, and the ideal soak-up for every last drop. My friend raved about the double smash burger—juicy patties smashed to crispy-edged glory, loaded with melty cheese and all the fixings. It looked (and smelled) like something you’d fight a crowd for at a food truck festival.
But the real magic? The owners came out mid-meal, super friendly and genuine, and surprised us with a complimentary peach cobbler. Y’all… it was SOOOOO good—warm, gooey peaches in a flaky crust with that perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream. Hands down as indulgent as Dollywood’s mini cinnamon bread (and that’s high praise from this Smoky Mountain fan). Service was top-notch, atmosphere felt like cozy home cooking with a fun twist, and the food? Elevated comfort at its finest. If you’re near Pigeon Forge, detour here ASAP. We’ll be back—highly recommend!

Amazing food!! We found this place on our way to foxfire mountain and it definitely hit the spot! Great food and amazing service! We had 8 adults and 11 kids and they had our food out quick, hot, and fresh! We will be back next time we come to TN!
