I ordered pizzas when picking up groceries at next door Cub. When I was done at Cub the order for 2 pizzas was ready with no wait time. Excellent timing and customer service. Pickup timing depends on time and quantity of orders. Had longer wait times in past experiences due to customer order quantities.

The store is pretty clean and presentable. The staff has been really nice here the past few times I stopped by.
Why I can’t give this a 5:
-When no one is in line the people making the pizzas tend to be a bit slower than desirable. Especially when there’s no one else in line or even in the store.
-I still don’t understand why it costs extra to add toppings. Papa Murphy’s pizzas are already pretty expensive. Why an extra cost for toppings?

I placed my order online around noon, to pickup around 4pm. My order was complete, and ready to grab & go. I had a quick question which the owner/manager answered. And love that each time I come in, the staff is smiling & friendly. The appearance of the establishment is always clean & bright! Our pizza was made exactly as ordered & delicious!

I’ve always enjoyed Papa Murphys pizza. On this visit we ordered ahead of time by 4 hours for an easy pick up. Our food was only half completed on arrival. Initially no one even was willing to help us. When they did they acted as if we were in the way and a nuisance. The food was put together wrong and had ro be redone. Overall the staff acted as if they couldn’t be bothered by our presence and was very rude.

i went in on a friday evening around 6pm to pick up an online order of 1 pizza i placed 45 minutes prior. after giving a staff member my name for the order i was told they “probably haven’t started it yet” and that they’ll get to it eventually. i then waited another 30 minutes in store for them to start my pizza. granted there were only 3 staff members working, there was very little organization and it seemed only 1 person knew what they were doing. this was an awful experience and i know the half dozen other customers in the store with me at the time would’ve agreed.

We got a papa’s stuffed pizza and the people working made it completely wrong only had cheese in-between the two crusts and all the toppings were added to the top. If you’ve ever had a stuffed pizza before from papa Murphys ya know that’s not the way it’s supposed to be. I’ll take my business to a different location that know what there doing
