Was driving by and saw this truck. Never tried it before and never heard of it! The cashier at the truck didn’t speak any English and was talking to me in Spanish. I simply showed her 2 of my fingers and said, ” 2 cabeza y 2 al pastor”. I’ll give it a try why not!
10 minutes later,a plate of hot tacos came out. I paid 2 dollars per taco for a total of 8 dollars. Sat on thr bench and gobbled those delicious tacos down!
Cabeza was not too dry and had right amount of aromatic flavor. Al pastor was a little bit spicy. Lots of construction workers were coming as I left. I think I will be back!

Used to be one of the best spots like 2 years ago now your to late , food is 100% of the time now over salted so much it burns your mouth down to your stomach . They give you attitude especially when you bring to their attention something they messed up or doesn’t taste good.

Good service, vegetarian tacos are ok it was missing the halapenjo and onions when a take out but it was doubled the small tortious and generous on the rice and beans. Torta soggy bun not theatrical Mexican bread but generous on the ingredians. Quesedia was good. Thank you!

They charged me extra 6 tacos that i didnt ask for. When i asked why did i pay too much he said i ask for 6 extra tacos thing that i didnt said. I told him to fix it and he didnt want to. So i ask for my money back for his bad actitute with the custumer but he didnt do it. The service its ridiculus if i didnt ask for something i dnt have to pay for.

It’s my first time to eat here ! Oh my gosh you know what , I can’t believe what I’m going to say but this taco truck is so bad ! , I order 5tacos and plus rice , my husband 5tacos and my son 5 tacos, and I know if you buy 5 tacos you get free soda , but the food here is no good , when I have my rice ! It’s no longer a rice ! They give us a rotten rice meaning the rice is not good to eat it has a bad smell and it’s not fresh ! Just to let you know guys !. And the tacos that They have is no flavor and not fresh at all , I’m glad that my son didn’t have stomachache after he eat this taco , but I did ! I had an upset stomach!. And you know what? Do not buy rice here ever ! Or burrito ! Because you can get sick ! Please Before you eat ,smell the rice if it’s fresh, or is it good to eat , even though they give you hot/warm rice just be aware of what you eat ! ,and I know when you smell a bad rice there will consequences sickness,upset stomach,etc. but please be aware! Of this taco place ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS for family or friends!

I grew up in Oakland where the grullense’s are actually good, but in peninsula they taste terrible. This place is the closest to those Oakland good tacos. If in the peninsula give this place a shot. It’s the only one Place to eat tacos in San Mateo area as far I know
