The service was fantastic. The bartender was so kind and made an amazing drink. But I’m not sure what happened with the food. We went there and the menu was NOT what was posted on Google. Slim pickings of just sandwiches and wings or french fries…the Reuben was really not good, lots of fat and the fries were kinda warm.
My mother’s burger looked like it was broken apart and shoveled onto a burger bun…her fries were barely warm as well, and undercooked. We definitely won’t be back unfortunately.

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was the best part of our experience.

We were at a function, so it was a buffet. Whoever set it up, placed the pasta after the chicken parm, so it chugged up the works, as no one wants to throw a chicken parm on their plate and then put the pasta on top. Not a big deal, but an odd experience.

I really enjoyed the chicken parm (it was not made in house but that’s not a bad thing, considering the rest of our experience). The steak tips had no flavor at all and were overcooked. The warm food was room temperature…actually, the room temp was a tad warmer than the food. I can’t speak to the rest of the buffet…I ate the chicken and lost interest in the rest of the food on my plate.

There was only one bartender and he was swamped. We felt badly for him (a very kind man) but my husband’s margarita looked like lemon water. We watched him heavy pour others’ drinks so were surprised that it literally tasted like a very, very weak lemonade. That drink and a corona was over $18. Total waste of money. The best part of the evening was our sweet waitress. She was lovely, efficient and prompt. We will never step foot in this place again. I can’t imagine what the golfers think when they pop in for a drink or a meal.

Lousy food. Grilled chicken sandwich so dry and burnt. Very little pesto sauce. I left there starving. Long wait time. Server only had 1 other family to serve. It took over 2 hours to get dinner, dessert and our bill. Ridiculous!!! Only 3 options for dessert. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Not just the usual pub fare! Bistro 19 at Kingswood Golf Course has taken our local option up a notch! All menu items have a creative twist that made us want to try just about everything.
My husband ordered the Salad Nicoise for his favorite Ahi Tuna menu item but it was the salad items themselves that provided an interesting surprise at yesterday’s lunch. Items were varied, fresh, and plentiful with a dressing that did not overwhelm. I had the Croque Monsieur and was delighted with the perfect mix of tastes and attention to detail. We were told all sauces, salad dressings, soups and desserts are made in house! The homemade chips were crisp and not at all greasy even as they cooled down as I ate. I wish I’d had room for dessert. Next time!! Not to be fooled by the somewhat elegant sounding menu, prices were very reasonable. Bistro 19 is promising to be our new “go to”restaurant in the area!!!

Save room for dessert (if you can). Bistro 19 has only been open for a a little more than a week and I can’t wait to try more items on the menu. The restaurant is warm and inviting, the staff attentive, and the menu creative and considerate to people who have dietary restrictions (I am one). I’ve gone a few times with friends so we could all sample the meals the chef has prepared. One of my favorites, so far, is the cauliflower ‘steak’, which is a head of cauliflower that is grilled to perfection and served on a hummus base with greens and roasted chick peas. The blend of flavors is amazing! Any time I find creme brulee on a menu, I must have it. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. I can’t wait to try more.

You don’t have to spell it right to eat it. A rare menu item if you see it you get it. Anthony’s pier 4 when I was a kid. If you know the flavor you’ll drive right to bistro 19 and get back to that flavor your trying to remember. Perfectly cooked haddock, shrimp, scallops, muscles and conquilles. If you can cooked these 5 different things perfectly along with a perfect broth and grilled bread I will no doubt be back for the rest of the menu. We’re talking Bouillabasse here. And you don’t have to love golf to eat here as I watched the bruins on the bar TV. Great staff. Tony’s old fashion. Beautiful views of course. Not related just a painter up from Danvers Ma. Enjoy!

Amidst our multi hour travels we were WOW’d by this little gem nestled in the Lake Country. Our meals were savory, quite ample, and served by welcoming and attentive staff. We were joined for chat by the gracious owners Jean Phillipe and Melissa. How wonderful. Now, to plan our next “drive-by” to Wolfboro and Bistro19!
